Picked up pizza tonight that was ordered by a family member. I was appalled by the service I received. I didn't realize that customer service was not important to this store. I've ordered Papa John's before but it's been a while. I realized it's because I would order from one of the stores in the Wilmington area. Customer service was so poor it's unbelievable. Maybe the pizza at this restaurant is so good that customers are not important.
Went here to support Lincoln Elementary and the service was terrible. We ordered at 7:00pm and went there at 8:00 and the pizza still wasn’t ready or being prepared. The crew including the manager were playing and not getting the food made. I asked them to cancel my order and they failed to do that as well.
