Ordering online was easy. Food was ready when it was supposed to and the young lady working there took the time to say thank you and have a good night when I walked in and picked up from the cubby. I got home and my food was very cold the cheese hard already. The worst thing is this is the second order that I have received from there I have paid extra for an edible straw and both times there is no straw AT ALL in the bag. Worst experience Ive had at a tropical smoothie. How can you mess up an order when absolutely nobody else is ordering? Simple, your team is too busy talking to friends visiting them on clock. Nobody even noticed me come in at first, it was super loud in there from the two friends-again despite there being no other customers. I never had a problem here until the last few weeks. I don't know what's going on but every time I order the breakfast wrap I always order it's ICE COLD. There is absolutely nothing appetizing about ice cold eggs and chicken. This has happened three times now in a row. Disappointed.
