I usually go through the drive-thru 3 times a week and order coffee and a toasted whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. 80 % of the time I'm happy with my order, what makes me unhappy is the inconsistency of the cream cheese that goes on the bagel. Sometimes I get a ton of cream cheese which is okay, since I can scrape off the excess amount, but sometimes I get cream cheese that barely covers the surface of the bagel. That makes me unhappy!
