Every time I come to this location they aren’t doing smoothies, shakes, or frappe's at any time. It doesn’t matter what time it is they NEVER do them I don’t think I’ve ever successfully actually got one here. I always just go to the one on village road. Customer service and everything use to be so good here but within the last year it really has went down hill.
My experience with McDonald's has always been not the best. But today I had a very nice employee to help me. Her name is Charelle. She was positive, joyful, friendly & always smiling. To the manager.......You better keep her. They are hard to find. And it would not hurt to give a little raise. Thank you Charelle for a positive experience!!

Usually the service is decent, but on this day, everyone was unhappy and the staff were rude. They messed up my order twice. And it was just a kids hamburger happy meal. They kept giving me a cheese burger. The one I sent back, they brought it back out and you could tell they tried to scrape the cheese off.
