Picked up pizza tonight that was ordered by a family member. I was appalled by the service I received. I didn't realize that customer service was not important to this store. I've ordered Papa John's before but it's been a while. I realized it's because I would order from one of the stores in the Wilmington area. Customer service was so poor it's unbelievable. Maybe the pizza at this restaurant is so good that customers are not important.
Penny the General manager helped me out tremendously today due to a DoorDash issue and I took my pizza up there to just let them know about the Dasher, but she remade my entire order and was very efficient and very professional and nice. Would highly recommend this location for pizza.
I placed an order for delivery, the accuracy and quality of my order wasn’t good. Ordered Six Cheese Cheesesticks and got a small cheese pizza that wasn’t cut. Ordered a Garden Fresh pizza with extra mushrooms and barely had any mushrooms. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with three cheese blend and got an overwhelming of regular extra cheese.
