“Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and employees were polite. Restaurant was clean. The only thing that I didn't like was that dine in trays werent available the sandwiches came in a to go bag.

Wheelchair accessibility: In my opinion, navigating a wheelchair inside would be a bit difficult. Restrooms are on the outside at the back of the building, and very small. No accessible by wheelchair“

“I originally got the wrong order and I called and had to come back to the store. When I got there they said quickly fixed the food and gave me a free muffin. Houston and Linda were very kind and understanding. They took a bad experience and turned it around quickly“

“I don't know about you guys but I've lived in lenoir my whole life and at some point I quit going to arby's because they were so rude and wanted me to fight for my right to Arby's sauce like my ancestors fought for my right to vote. Idk what's happened in the past bit, maybe they've switched management but these days they're so nice and they give me my sauce without me having to debate, beg, and grovel. Love them. The boys Ive interacted with are super sweet and always look like they're working hard and doing it right.“

“Ordered online and it was ready at the time i scheduled it to be picked up. The girl at the window was very nice. The food was exactly as i ordered and they stuffed it! I got a burrito bowl. Its very expensive, but once in a while it is a good treat especially when the food and service is this good“

I am editing my review. Went to Taco Bell tonight for to pick up dinner for the family April 29th. 2024. Not only was I aggreated by a manager. She prepared my food. Her name is Gloria.
Her team was running like a well-oiled machine. You need to clone her.

Even though it was a kid's meal, it was a pretty decent amount of food - and I saved the cookies for later. Service was good, and the food was fresh and hot. REALLY like their chicken fingers!?“
