Placed an order for the new “Crispy” pan pizza. It was far from crispy. Soggy and doughy. Stuck to the bottom of the box it was inedible. Called back manager was rude wouldn’t let my aunt get a word in and argued with her that it was actually made correctly. (He was on speaker) He told her to bring it back. You could at least offer some sort of customer service. When I called about my issues, I got nothing more than "I'm sorry" and no effort to remedy the issue.
How long did this pizza sit before it was given to the delivery driver? Dried out. Your food is horrible.
