Never got are silverware and waited 20 mins for drinks and another 40mins for food and the Food was not fully cooked and everything was cold and the waiter kept on ignoring us. Will never go back again

They lady by the name of Kayla could be a bit friendlier. I understand that it might be a bit busy but customer service goes a long way. If I didn't want the order I would have hung up and fine elsewhere. Once talking to the manager he seems to have the demeanor as his Employer So therefore, I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Our Food was over cooked almost like rubber. For the money we paid it should not have been like that. They were under staffed and I felt sorry for the wait staff having to work so hard to try to keep up. The manager was nice and did try to make up for the food being over cooked but could only give us a discount so we still had to pay for uneaten food. I will make sure next time we go it will not be at this location.

Our food tasted terrible, we were sat next to a bunch of crying kids which is totally fine and I asked to be reseated since I was there to have a discussion with someone and they said we can only move one seat over. The cook kept walking around every 5 minutes in a circle looking at us, while our food ended up taking like 45 minutes.
Place is a joke and will never touch Applebee's again

Our waitress was nice and very helpful. I highly enjoyed the food. My hubby couldn't taste anything. I think he had something going on with his taste buds. 🤭❤️ because it had a good bite to it! My major complaint I have is that the kitchen a/c unit was out. They had the kitched doors propped open so they wouldn't be so hot 🥵 I totally understand that and wouldn't want them to suffer in that kind of heat. But, it made the dining room very warm!😳😬 oh, and our table had no lighting at all! But the food and saitress were amazing! Thank you so much!
Ordered carside pick up for 721 pickup time. Waited about 20 minutes past the pickup time and then had to go into the store cause nobody was bringing anything outside. Dont offer carbide pickup if youre not actually going to bring it to my car.

I give them a 3 for improving the quality of their Chicken Alfredo w/broccoli, as with every other place you go to these days.. The prices go up and the quantity and usually the quality goes way down.. This particular time the quality was a bit better than normal I'm sorry I cannot say the same of the quantity.. The young lady that served us was on her game so thank you to her for her good service (sorry forgot her name)

Food was decent after waiting. There were graduation parties keeping staff extra busy, so no big deal. Once the large groups left however, so did most of the staff. There was one waitress covering multiple areas while others disappeared in the back. She was doing her best, which most of our area understood. Management needs to do a better job of breaking up people's break times to make sure there is enough staff for the front.
