Don't skip out just because its a food truck at a gas station you'll miss out on amazing food and friendly staff
great food
The food is very good, although I was a little disappointed that it's a food truck in the Amaco gas station parking lot versus a traditional sit-down restaurant the way Google Maps led me to believe. There is only one picnic table that sits on a hill and looks like it has seen better days so there really isn't any places for sitting down to eat unless you don't mind eating in your car.
