This location is terrible. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that every single one of the employees staring out the windows in the dining room and were clearly goofing off since most of their business is drive thru. Ordered my food was told to pull around to the front and they’ll bring it out. I watched a couple go inside, order food and come out and I’m still waiting. Watched the lady go back in to get something that was missed in their order. Also several cars I and out of the drive thru and I’m still waiting. Finally an Asian women came to check with me and took my receipt inside. Came back out with my food about 5 minutes later and they still didn’t get it right and I had to go inside to get my cheese sticks. It really bothers the employees to have to work and do a job here. They’re more focused on hanging out in the dining room goofing around. Do better! Get better management in there and pay them! Or shut this place down because the local place across the street clearly has all the business for a reason. By the way, your new cheese steak is mediocre and not hitting on a much

Well I just left from there 15 mins ago. The guy on speaker and same guy at window was very polite. I had to be pulled which was okay. Forgot cheese sticks that was okay. My main problem is the other crew in there. I'm not trying g to be rude but there was a lady Asian and a guy. Fussing back and forth yelling really really loud and cussing. I honestly thought a fight was about to break out. I don't know what it's over don't care but my children walk in on that mess. And I made them go back to the car because of the language. I told the man to chill out telling and cussing there are kids in here which another group of ppl came in with kids. The man try to play me dumb I just shook my head and left. The service because I was in drive thru great came inside to get rest of my food the customer service part degrading from the language this is not not customer value/ outlook and restaurant standards and code of conduct. Please talk to them because they are the core of the restaurant. They have to have standards company policy and name Into effect. Thank you

Cute Lil guy nice who took order. It took a while because they forgot to put down poppers, BUT.... he did add extra for the wait. Very sweet. The main problem was the cleanliness..The windows and window sills, plus the tables were nasty, dirty, greasy and tons of flies everywhere..very disgusting and the problem should fixed immediately if anyone wants to eat inside. We had to leave because of the nastiness..couldn't stand to eat there by any means. It should be reported ASAP.
Vegetarian options: Need to clean up and rid of fly infestation!
Window service took more that 8 min to take orders and I decided to try biscuitwille and car in front of me was blocking my way out and took time to get their meal it's 11:42 already got here at 11:30

When you haven't been to a restaurant in years and you finally go, and the order is awful. No lettuce no tomato no crunchy onion straws that I added, just plain chicken on a bun. Come on. Last time, what a waste. I was the only customer there, too, and they still can't make a simple single sandwich correctly.
