The shakes and teas are phenomenal, a great breakfast meal replacement and fuel my body for the entire day. The business is clean and VERY welcoming. Staff are super friendly and greet you by name.

My caramel latte shake was absolutely delicious. Although kinda pricey, it was totally worth it because it was filling like an entire meal. I had great energy and basically stopped craving sugar and bread when drinking it (I'm expecting). Not sure what kind of magic vitamins were in it lol. I'll be a new regular, for sure. Oh, and the owner was so friendly and super helpful.
