Excellent crispy fish sandwich; big piece of white fish! Please make it a regular item on the menu. Very polite staff. Ordered on the app, BOGO free sandwich, 2 for the price of one! Great deals on the app!
This Arby's does NOT have the meat. My brisket sandwich had very little meat. The girl at the window was also terrible and rude. This location is usually pretty good but not this time. Worst experience at at an Arbys to date.

I like this Arby's better than the one across town. I know it's the same menu but it tastes better at the store.
Gave this place multiple tries the past month and it keeps getting worse... food is never right and can't get it fixed... told that once it's in my hands, it's not on them to fix it....same thing tonight.... nothing in the order was right....and customer service is nonexistent

Placed an online order at 7:30pm and arrived at the store for pickup. Nothing waiting and rude customer service saying “we tried to call you” (and not any calls to my phone, of course). “We’re out of roast beef” here it is 4 hours until closing and the store that “has the meats” had none. They forgot to start another roast early enough in the shift 🙄 As if this ridiculousness wasn’t enough, I could not get a refund and was told to contact the GM in the morning but, they wouldn’t give the name, I was told it was on the door!
Terrible service, I imagine someone up high decided to run a lean crew. They totally ignored people at the counter.

Food was burnt, floors were sticky and covered in trash, there was weird black floaties in my drink as i poured it ladies at the front were super kind though. 10/10 would never come here again

The staff was polite and friendly. And thoughtful - I forgot to order sauce and ketchup. They noticed and added it to the bag for me! I appreciate the little things. I will be making it my “stop at” food stop. (I don’t live in their city) but pass by all the time.
