No changing station and they clearly had one and removed it. Idk why a fast food restaurant .2 miles off the highway wouldn't expect babies that need diapers. Ended up having to change a massive poop diaper in their main eating area 🤷🏼♀️

This place was absolutely disgusting. Floor was so sticky feet was sticking to it. Food all over all the tables. Asked for a washcloth to wipe the table so we could sit and was told “no, only workers handle that.” Asked if someone could wipe down a clean table and they refused. Condiment station had gnats everywhere. There were no napkins. Place was absolutely boiling hot and others were complaining and requesting temperature change. There was a family in front of us with a language barrier asking for the steak bite bowl. Gentleman taking orders was just scoffing and blowing hot air at them just to tell them “oh we outta steak. Sorry.” This is a mess

The woman who took my order was very helpful to myself and my husband. As we waited, I realized the same woman was making all the food as well. The more I watched the more I was impressed. She hustled and never complained. Thanks, Alicia, for not only doing your job, but doing it real good. We don't see much of that in fast food resturants.

Service is bad. Seems like only 2 people on shift when I came in at 5pm on a Friday night. One worker was sitting outside by the curb on her phone. She eventually followed me in, but I stood in line alone (nobody in restaurant) for at least 8 min, while nobody acknowledged me. Finally, someone came to the register to ask what I wanted and they completed the order with barely any eye contact. It was a very rude and overall surreal experience.

Rudest Arby’s I’ve ever went to. I placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru went thru and they said it wasn’t done yet and asked if I could circle back around so I did, then was asked to pull and park. When my food was brought to me I was missing 2 apple turnovers, 1 cookie, and one of my items were wrong so here we go back thru the drive thru and I let them know, so I pulled to the window and he cuts me off to tell me they’re out of crinkle fries, cool next time just tell me that then informs me they’re done sell cookies. I ended up getting an apple turnover in place of my cookie. No I’m sorry, have a good day, apology anything!

Tried the Philly cheese steak from Arby's along with the strawberry lemonade. I gotta say it was amazing. I love a good Philly cheese steak sandwiches, and Arby's definitely has it. The food was ready once I came through the door. Definitely will be making another visit here.
