When i ordered a Whopper, the manager said the broiler was broken, but they could still do an Impossible Burger. What I got was warm, slimy, and inedible.

I am a little bit worried about more black carbon, I mean the burnt portion in petti. I would like Burger King to take the medical advice on the black burnt portion as that could be dangerous for health.

stopped here on 11/11/24, while I was traveling to Richmond Virginia. The lobby, and bathroom was very clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. The receipt said Shayla, and she was very nice. And most of all, the food was hot and delicious. I would recommend visiting this location
Me and 4 of my friends went out to grab quick bite to eat everything was good except for the French fries they were cold but everything else was fine

This place COULD be better. They “can’t view the app” the manager said. Like….what? Literally any other Fast Food place can pull their app stuff up in their system. Time for an upgrade BK? My mom noticed they’re cheating people out of the 2 cookie deal on the app. I specifically said that to the manager. She pulled out this black binder full of receipts & previous orders. She ended up just tossing two cookies at me. Rude. While sitting in the dining room, we overheard a lady complained that her chicken was cold…& like it had been sitting under a hot lamp all day. Like, how does that even happen? Omg…Obviously the business here is going downhill. “Have it your way?” more like “Hit the highway, & don’t come back here!” Disappointed with the BK here. Very chinchy too on their products.
