Today, January 16, 2026 me and my family experienced an amazing example of exceeding expectations. His name is Travis and he is the Executive Director for Chic Fil A. I placed a mobile order through the app. Picked it up in the mobile lane and proceeded on my way home. If you know the area in Lexington. Travis took it upon himself to chase me down on Plaza Parkway to give me a chocolate milk that was missed on my order. I didn’t check it so I wouldn’t have known until I arrived home. For Travis to run from Chic Fil A all the way to the light on Plaza Parkway is crazy. I have never experienced or seen anyone go above and beyond like this before. You’re awesome Travis and I hope a higher up in Chic Fil A sees this!

Mac and cheese is really good 👍 The chicken is no longer the same. It doesn't look or taste good anymore. I can't believe they charge what they do for a product that isn't good.
I’ve been to this Chick-Fil-a several times before, they have never gotten my order wrong. The food always comes out fresh and quick. Their seating area has plenty of spaces. They parking lot is a little bit weird, but their drive thru is always fast as well. Worth a stop!

Went through drive thru lane and the person taking orders did not want to take my order. Said she couldn’t because I came through the wrong lane and that there was nothing she could do about it. Told me to leave the lane and come back again. Told me there’s a sign stating which lane to use, I couldn’t see it because it was pouring outside. Kinda disappointed. The ladies upfront did make it up for me took the order right then and there. I never go to the Lexington location and most likely won’t be coming back. I’m not sure why she couldn’t just help me, she needs to be retrained in customer service.
