Stopped by for a beer, 3/21/25. Waited 27 minutes while bartender served almost everyone at the bar and took my glass. Including the people who came in after she took my glass. Couldn't even pay for the other one. Got sick of it and just tossed some cash on the bar and left. Been a customer sense before COVID!!!!

I used to love this place but after covid it's gone down hill. The quality of food and service has not been good. The past 3 pick up orders I made they got them wrong each time. I've had it with this place. If you order online or over the phone make sure your food is correct before you drive home because it most likely won't be.

Terrible. Food was disccusting. Came out cold. I didn’t even have the energy to complain about it cause I waited so long to get it. And I felt like it wasn’t a place for blacks. It was a lady sitting at the bar saying she don’t like Chinese or Mexicans and they wouldn’t ask her to leave to me that was rude and disrespectful. It was like the waitress was ignoring us. But dealt with us cause she had to. I will never eat there again. I felt so uncomfortable. And I was really hoping for better.

Sitting here awaiting on our food and its been almost an hour now and there's only a handful of people in the restaurant. This place has really gone down hill. Our waitress is high as hell and other workers are just sitting around. Unbelievable..

The food definitely is not worth it. It was all overly greasy and didn't taste like anything. All I can say was the tater tots was good and that's it. There was only one waitress in the place. The food took forever to come out, and there was a door dash alarm that kept going off that made it hard just to talk. As soon as we left the place we decided never to go back. Wasn't worth it and could have gotten something way better for the price instead. You are warned I would just go somewhere else lol.

The food that took and hour to get was not worth the wait. If you like French fries this is your place there good. If you like anything with your fries then sorry but you probably won’t enjoy it I got a burger and fries. My wife got chicken strips and fries and we got 2 kids meals totaling 60$ the wait was crazy we were 1 of maybe 5 seated tables and we waited 30 min on drinks(sodas) and then thirty min after that for out food. Not a good experience

I like here didn't kill my pocket decent alcohol selection the nachos were really good. But ultimately most ppl know the bartender different her n.e cN be Kelly, it can be Amy it could be something else. But she was pleasant in a girl to guy sitting at a bar kinda way. She really sticks out in a very good way. Keep her give her a raise don't see many like her

Came in Sunday for lunch my waitress was Sherliyn our drinks were never empty she gave us awesome service she was excellent she recommended the cheese sticks to us they were amazing will be back !

Decided to try Coach’s in Lexington last night after having a good experience a few years ago at the Sanford location. To begin with, the atmosphere was completely off. They seemed to be understaffed both in the dining room and at the bar. The beer tasted flat, like it came out of an old keg. The boneless wings were okay, but everything else was just plain bad. For $3 I got six VERY small broccoli stems that were rubbery from being steamed and reheated over and over. If this is a common experience, I’m wondering how this restaurant is even open. Very glad we came here alone and didn’t take any out-of-town guests because we left and said “That was horrible, let’s never go again.”
