I was impressed that one waitress was covering 7 tables doing the best she could and in my meal was ruined by by the screaming of the assistant manager because she got a sandwich wrong I will never patronize a place again that treats someone like that,ruins in the entire meal for us and she was in tears.

The food is just about always good but this is the 3rd time I have done pickup and the service is very slow. I ordered and the store did not confirm the order until the estimate pickup time and I was in the parking lot alreadywaiting so then pickup was moved another 20 minutes. Went into the restaurant 5 minutes tes after the 2nd estimated pickup time (which was nearly an hour after I ordered) and there was maybe 20 patrons then proceeded to be told 1 itemwas not ready and had to wait another 25 MINUTES inside the restaurant. There was only 2 waitresses working it seemed and I heard other tables complaining that they had not even ordered yet when I had seen them go in before I did. I have had extreme long waits each time whether I called my food in directly or using DoorDash! Not sure I will return...

Food was good even though it took a while to get. The bartender seemed overwhelmed and maybe having a bad day. We’re not from the area and wanted to find a sports bar to watch march madness games. They have a good amount of tvs but they only had the remote for one of the tvs and a few tvs didn't work. Disappointing for a "sports" bar.

I would like to start with saying we love Coach's Neighborhood Bar and Grill and have been to several locations throughout NC! Our most recent experience on March 18th, 2024 was just a little better than horrible. Service was slow due to lack of employees which I understand in these times is difficult, however it took 45 minutes just for us to get an order. Keep in mind there was only six tables occupied in the entire restaurant. The total time at the restaurant was well over 2 hours! When our food came out my order was totally wrong! Beef burger instead of a turkey burger and I have Alpha-Gal so this mistake can cause me to get sick which I explained before I ordered! The waitress was friendly, but the manager not cook would extend the courtesy of coming to our table when I requested to speak with either of them. They did correct the order to what I had originally ordered with no discount or comped meal which is common when such mistake is made. I would still recommend Coaches Neighborhood Bar and Grill in my opinion the location in Lexington NC needs to be reevaluated and corrected!

Appetizers came before our easy drink order showed up. Food was alright but service is lousy. Came 3 separate times and nothing changed at the Lexington location. I am going to Asheboro from now on. They know what they are doing.

My husband and myself enjoy going to coach"s, we always may sure we get Amy White as our service she always goes about and Beyond to make sure our vist is always perfect, she's the best and we will continue going back to see her!!
Amy and Tiffany are amazing , they made me feel welcome and I was right at home feeling comfortable and the food was amazing!

UPDATE: we have busted 3 additional times last was 3/2/24 -we yet again we’re ignored no one at the door to greet you went to the bar sat there for 15 min not a sole in sight even though there were multiple customers at the bar - we left this is NOT how you run an eatery it is obvious they could careless about their customers we left and went to Applebees. Won’t go back no excuse for poor management.Although the food was good the 2 times we ordered to go and arrived we were ignored and the orders were incorrect. It took even MORE time to get them to give us the correct order and then the food was coke and soggy. Won’t be returning once is possibly understand able but after that it’s just poor management.

We eat at the Coach's in Asheboro. This was our first time in Lexington. We are very familiar with the Monday special, cheeseburger and fries. The Lexington cheeseburger patty was considerably smaller than the bun. We have never had that issue with the Asheboro special. It was a bit disappointing.
