The people that take the orders want you to order supernatural and won't give you time to look at menu. We ordered chicken straps and received chicken sandwiches.
stopped for lunch for the second time giving them another chance and i take my food back in just for them to toss it back on the counter and say that’s everything you ordered after fixing my other order because they left half of it out this is unacceptable

I always enjoy a cook out hamburger with everything on it! They make the best shakes around, and I live the fresh crisp crunchy onion rings. Wish there were a cookout near me in NW Cary.

I only gave the food a low star because every time it never fails they always mess up my order. Then it depends on who's back in the kitchen cooking if your food is going to be correct or not. So again I only gave it a little star because of my experiences I have never ever gone through the drive-thru and got in the proper order I've always had to go back for missing food items. Other than that it's pretty good.
The walkin tacos rock! The people are great! Clean bathrooms!

The staff had the worst attitude and need additional training. Our order was not correct and we was given someone else’s order. Once we got our corrected order the food was cold. We will definitely not be going back to this location!
Lady on the drive thru speaker was rude, Cheese burger had no cheese, onions were stringy from where they don't remove the dried outside layer. Tomato and lettuce were wilted. We hadn't been here in a couple of years thought we would give them another chance. I do not reccomend!!!

I have been to this cook out twice in two weeks horrible 😫 the chili was so salt order was wrong. Cook out is going down hill
