Hands down the worst service ever. The worker had a disgusting attitude and talked to me like I was dumb when they were the ones who messed up my order. Zero respect, zero customer service — just straight-up rude for no reason. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Never coming back to this trash location.

This place is absolutely horrendous. I’ve lived in Lexington for a very long time and the service gets worse and worse every visit!! The food is slowly getting bad too because they are too focused on having a bad attitude than getting my order right. Tonight we were there and it was the worst service of my life, this worker was SO mean for no reason just because I asked for something THEY messed up on. I’m honestly so disappointed in this franchise. Also, your customers don’t know how to park. Cookout do better.

It could have been a 4 star if the drive-thru had paid more attention to the drink that was dispensed. The syrup had run out and the flavor might as well been water. The fries could have been fresh instead of mixed with older cold fries.

This cookout sucks. They don’t get your order right and they don’t care. and I spent 20 bucks but I got $12 worth of food. Don’t go to this cookout they freaking suck. It’s only suited for one person because evidently they can’t handle multiple orders
Sent my grandson to pick up food thru the drive thru and he gave the lady his MasterCard to pay with and she told him they don't accept those types of cards? Who doesn't accept MasterCard? I called customer service and they said the only reason they couldn't use it would be if the computer was down but it wasn't down. Mind you he has used his card there before. Cookout do better with this situation, if not that's 4 customers you just lost not including the others who try to use there card and is told they don't accept it!!! Not happy!

This is the only location that Always gets my milkshake right and as silly as it sounds I appreciate it so much!! They are my guilty pleasure that I don’t get often so I really want it as good as possible. The walnut milkshake with xtra xtra walnuts!! I love it!! It remind of when I was a kid and I’d eat all of the wet walnuts for sundays..lol. Not to mention the staff is always extremely friendly and the service is fast and efficient..Thank you all for all that you do!✌🏻🩵
