What is up with this cookout? The food is amazing don’t get me wrong but what’s with the closing at different times? Google says you guys close at 3am but then sometimes it’s 4am or then you guys close at 1am. My bf works night shift and can only get certain food on his way home and cookout has 5 different closing times so he never knows if they’re open or not. Do better.

Four out of three onion rings were missing the onion and the chicken strips looked like nuggets. The hamburger patties looked to be ran over with a steam roller vs hand patties that I used to get here. Nothing tasted like food.

When I tell you my food was just thrown in the bag and barely wrapped, to the point the burger fell out and laid on top of the half freaking serving of white cheddar bites!Then the 2nd order, less freaking cheese bites than the first! For the time spent in that line, this is totally unacceptable. PERIODHad there not been a long line when I turned around from getting on I-85, they would've had some choice words out of me.NOT COOL COOKOUT

Enjoyed burger trays. . . really appreciate Cook Outs that have eat in option. Not fancy food, just solid, well priced every day food.
Showed up the person taking orders wasn't very friendly. Ordered 2 trays they were both wrong, talked to lady taking orders she said she would take care of it 7min later went up and talked to someone else they literally just walked away after waiting 15min for food we paid for and never received decided it was a lost cause and left. Neither the drive through or lobby were particularly busy and was overall just a bad experience.

The best cookout in North Carolina! The only cookout that sells fried okra in the state. Food his always fresh! Burgers are always juicy! This is the ONLY cookout in the state that I frequent. If all cookouts ran a business as successful as this one and would add fried okra to their menus, maybe I’d eat at cookouts more often. For now, I’m satisfied with my twice per month, while on the road to get my daughter, visit to this cookout in Lexington. Simply the best!
