This place was really hopping I got a table for myself. I ordered a Diet Coke hamburger and fries basic order and for as busy as the place was I’m just glad I got my order, the food was adequate the price was a bit much but only because my food was only adequate overall I’ll go back when it’s not so busy

My family and I have ate at this location back before COVID and it was delicious. We decided to go back today and it was TERRIBLE. We waited a long time for our food and others that came after us were getting their food first. When we got the food it was nasty. My wife was eating pork chop and there was a hair fried into it. My daughter’s eggs had shells in it and honestly the food overall was disgusting . The pancakes tasted so greasy and old. Our food tasted like it was left out for a while. I understand accidents happen but the manager was just standing around instead of helping waiters.

Great food and quick service for our catering order placed for Easter Sunday Luncheon we host each year for our family.
Usually Cracker Barrel is good. This time not so much. After 15 minutes of sitting at our table I has to ask a server walking by if we could get some service. She said let me get your server. Then I saw her tell someone somthing and point over to our table. I heard the woman say thats not my problem. We waited for another 10 minutes and started to get up when the woman came over. She said has anyone taken your order and we said no. She said do you know what you want yet. We sat back down and gave her our orders. After 5 minutes later the manager came by and gave us our drinks. She said your food will be right out. Sure enough she came back with our food. Then while we were eating the woman server came by as asked how everthing was, we said its OK. She then put our bill down on the table, said no rush.. and walked away.

We normally go to the Greensboro locations, but decided to go to Lexington this time. The difference in the staff and the food was not even comparable. The staff at the Lexington restaurant was superb. Everyone had great attitudes. We were served in a timely manner, and everything was accurate.

At 8:30 they had no baked potatoes ad no lettuce to make a salad ad they close at 10. Will never go back!!!
