I came in to pick up my pizza my wife ordered online, there was a discrepancy, Jennifer handled it like the boss she is and we had both parties satisfied in mere seconds!!! Will be returning.

We ordered two pies 1 pepperoni and 1 peppers and sausage. Got all the way home to realize we had a mushroom and peppers pie instead. Called in to get the issue fixed as this was dinner for my family. Manager was unapologetic for the hassle and offered to refund or make a new. We know mistakes happen but at the very least an apology would’ve went a long way. We now have to drive back to get our correct pizza which is a waste of time and gas.

Ordered an hour ahead of time for 4 pm. Gathered at 3:53. Pizza's weren't even started. I can deal with 10 minutes late (ready at 4:10), but this is 3rd time. We will go the the one on 150 near foodlion from now on. My boys love the pizza.
Went to redeem my free pizza and the app would not complete my order because my order didn’t meet their minimum requirements. Sorry, that’s not good customer service.
