On New Year’s evening (today), I ordered two lattes through the drive-through. Both drinks were only half full and not hot at all. We paid for full-sized drinks but received only half cups, which felt like a waste of money.
Please ensure better service for customers who are paying for full drinks.

I went this morning and got a latter with no coffee. Ask for a remake the added the espresso in the same cup. Pretty sure that's a no no. 12/27/25

No service system down. Music so loud you can't hear.
Bad Experience with the manager. Went through drive through and wanted to order a frozen caramel coffee, but instead she put in a regular iced coffee and I even told her twice that I wanted to frozen. Went up to the window and confirmed with the employee that my coffee was frozen and she said no it’s just iced. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t want ice, I wanted frozen. She said no because the iced is already made. I repeated it back to her that it’s not what I ordered and she responded with “my manger will get mad if we make a new one”. Poor girl in the window was scared of her own manager. BAD MANAGEMENT!! NEEDS MORE MANNERS TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. if it wasn’t thanksgiving I would’ve argued back until my order was correct.

I have been here several times before but today was the worst. Put in a mobile order and when I got to the window to get my order they didn’t have it and had no idea where it was. Remade it but made it wrong because they wouldn’t stay at the window long enough to give all the info on my drink. Then didn’t have the two donuts I ordered. So gave me three that I am sure have been in the cabinet for days they were hard and gross.

I have to admit. They have gotten better and I've had a few good dunkin runs without issues which I'm very grateful for. I just felt like they were spiraling downward. But they are back. ‼️ Keep up the good work!

Really enjoy coming here. The food is always made fresh. The employees move at a good pace & are very accommodating if I have an issue/question regarding my order. Always new merch available & the lobby is so clean. Donuts are fresh.

I rarely take the time to write a bad review but I would avoid this place. As others have stated, the staff is rude. The donuts were stale at 9am on a Sat. Don't bother going inside to order because the focus is only on the drive thru.

Me and my coworkers always order our drinks here and the new management is bad. She is so rude to her customers. My drink was perfectly fine. The coworkers are nice but they are probably mistreated the way the manager treats her customers. They made my drink wrong for the first time and the manager argued with me on remaking it. Get another manager please. My first time having an issue recently.

literally the worse dunkin ive ever been too says they stopped serving food 3 hours before closing! rude workers go frustrated because THEY couldn’t take my order correctly and told us to pull around just to have another attitude!! avoid this place!!! i would it give it 0 stars!
Just no, terrible place, and rude a hair was found on my glazed donut after I took it out the bag the donuts looked like they were on the shelf for at least a day and we ordered in the morning. When asked what are some classic donut options the employee replied, “there are to many to list” when there’s no options on the board.
