The donuts were good. A little dry but still delicious. The service was wonderful and the coffee was the best I've had from any coffee place. Coffee wise, it beat Starbucks by a long shot in my opinion.

Went there today at 3:30 to purchase Dunkin cups dressed in full uniform as a fellow dunkin " Family" and the guy in the front was rude so was the girl and was making cracks about me to each other thru their headsets! I asked for a bag for my items and he slid it across the table not even putting my items in out of courtesy and i spent $30 on cups! I didnt get a Thank you or anything! I will not be coming back here ever!! And im a dunkin employee too and we would never act this way at my store on N Main in High Point NC

I'm definitely not going there anymore. Went 4 times during this month and they're always out of donuts (please explain) .... Employees are not happy, if you placed a large order for 4 people, Believe me they will have and serve with bad attitude..... so why are you open???? If it's not to sell donuts and make money......Please close this store and bring a different and good business to this area. You're taking up space in Lexington Plaza area!!!!?

Horrible experience, they didn't even fill my coffee up till the full amount. Didn't get what I paid for, the service was also very bad. Would not go again and would recommend people to avoid this store. Attached is a photo, I only got 70% off the cup size.
Maaaaaan, this place might be new but it is absolutely horrible!! Hash browns are burnt and soggy, how does that even happen? Ordered a latte and flavored iced coffee and it was absolutely disgusting, no flavoring at all, where’s the use of creamer and sugar? Even put 2 extra pumps of caramel. Do not go here. Take the extra time to go to the one in Salisbury.

Ordered 3 separate medium iced drinks and the pumpkin spiced latte for my daughter at this location was the worst chemical tasting drink we have ever ordered. I was concerned about my daughter's reaction because this is her absolute favorite flavor. However, when I tried it myself I about started to get sick immediately how chemical based strong it was. We poured it out bc it was so gross and not meant for digesting for my family nor I. I will be rethinking & researching the drink ingredients plus selections more carefully after this experience. Love Dunkin but love my family more!

If a business says it closes at 8,then why are they're doors locked at 7:45. Its a terrible business strategy. It honestly never makes me wanna never visit a dunkin donuts ever again. It's just lazy.. .

I was on a trip to Charlotte and I needed to stop. I pulled off the highway and found this Dunkin' Donuts relatively close to the highway. I ordered an avocado toast. It was delicious. The service was friendly. It was a couple of days after Halloween, so they had a skeleton dressed in a Dunkin' Donuts uniform sitting in the corner with a Dunkin' Donuts box in front of it (no doughnuts in the box), cute. This restaurant is clean and a pleasant place to stop when you are on a long drive.
