I generally don’t like reviewing a location immediately following a visit. I wait for a few days. — Using my app for Dunkin - I ordered ahead only to be informed “we are out bacon ?.” So this cancelled two (2) items out for me. My order of BACON & Avocado ?toast with bacon. My original order turned into a ham and cheese croissant ?? that on the display board was nice and full of both meat and cheese…. WRONG!! One thin slice of each rolled up inside of croissant...

The store is clean. The staff are a hit or miss. They do not honor any coupons from Dunkin other than the app. The coffee can either be decent or really bad, depending on the level of attention the staff give that day. Their district management is extremely rude and could care less about you as a customer or about the staff.
