What an incredible experience from the moment we stepped in, Rachel showed us to our seats with a smile. As we settled in, her attentiveness continued as she took our drink orders without a beat, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. The speed and efficiency of the service truly impressed us, especially when our food order was taken promptly. Unlike other times when we've waited over an hour, our food arrived swiftly. Each dish was perfectly cooked, served steaming hot, and tasted amazing. In an astonishing 15 minutes, we were enjoying our meal, courtesy of Rachel and the team's hard work. The kitchen deserves 5 stars for the speed and quality of the food.

We left after waiting an HOUR AND A HALF and still didn't have food. No coffee refills or anything. They were out of the item I specifically went for. There were only a few family's in there.

We go every year for Christmas breakfast and this year the food was awful and sooooo small. I ordered an omelette and it couldn’t have been no more than 1 egg. The service was great. The food was awful and sooooo small over priced!!

I’ve tried iHOP several times in Dubai, but this was my first time trying it in Canada! I’d been waiting for a halal menu, and finally got to try it last Sunday for breakfast with my group around 10:30 am.
We ordered the Egg Benedict Spicy Polano, Avocado Toast, Big Steak Omelette, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Vanilla Creamy Cold Foam Brew, Coffee, and Chicken Fajita Omelette.
It's a great spot with plenty of options. Our server, Jai, was very friendly and prompt, and the order was taken with perfect accuracy something that often gets messed up at other places when we go out as a large group!

The second we walked in the waitress had a face of thunder, looked us up and down with out saying anything as my friend asked for a table- pointed to a table and put menus down then walked off. After another waitress appeared same dull look on her face- not a friendly inviting waitress you see everywhere else. Asked what drinks we wanted then went off to get them. When she came back she was on the phone via beats earphones arranging her evening events placing all the drinks in front of one person to then move about the table where they belonged. The table was dirty and sticky, the menus were sticky and covered in dried food, the floor had crayons, food and paper straw covers all about- there were 3 members and not one was cleaning whilst we were the only people there. After being there for 10 minutes and seeing all the above we left as I refused to eat and allow my family to eat in such a filthy environment. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been unfortunate enough to enter. Don’t go there and waste your time money or your health.

After waiting a considerable amount of time to be seated, although it wasn’t all that busy… When the food did finally arrive literally everything from the pancakes to the bacon…was cold. Not sure if the grill was even on. Not to mention the extra bacon I paid for never arrived and had to be asked for. My toddler could’ve cooked a better breakfast in his ezbake oven, definitely not returning
The customer service is horrible in this restaurant. Never once have I been greeted with a smile. Everytime I walk in there i feel like im intruding on something with the way im looked at. Also there is absolutely no urgency. There's no rush to help customers or to check on orders for those with take out orders.

On our route to Charlotte we stopped here. 10 min wait and promptly assisted. Elizabeth was attentive. We enjoyed our visit here. Parking was simple. It appears most restaurants continue to experience shortages of staffing. We will return again. We noticed that the Mebane location charged an extra $20 compared to this location. Interesting. $38.14 spent here. Their chicken tenders are awesome. Make sure to get your biscuit grilled. Onion rings so so.
