The food was good, we ate it all. But what bothered me was that the tip was included. I know places when it’s more than 6 they automatically add it, but it was 4 of us. We ordered a meal and a drink each. Just a quick lunch. The server quickly said ‘sign and the tip is there’ charged 18%, he lost out a bit, because we tend to leave 20%. Can it be that people don’t tip or give leave a small amount, and he decided to include it in the total. It didnt say suggested, it was added.

Joyce Morton is the most experienced extravaganza waitress I have the privilege of knowing her she is our waitress on Sunday morning I look forward to seeing her every Sunday morning. She is our family and my family loves her to dickens I can’t say enough about her but I will say this your restaurant would be lost without such an amazing person and waitress so to end this she needs a very substantial RAISE I just hope you people know what amazing waitress and person she is.

Got seated and Mariana gave us our menu and went to seat everyone else . Took everyone else’s order and put them in the system. Then came over to us to take our order. When the food came out mine was cold and the bacon had hard grease coving it. The sausage was cold and ham was cool. The fruit was hard and all melon and hard. The eggs were cold. My husband had an omelette and it was nice and hot and the pancakes were hot with one piece of butter on top. The coffee was left over and cold. Worst meal and serve I have ever had. Told Mariana about my food and she said sorry and walked away to the Manager and they laughed about it and the Manager would not talk to me about any of it she walk out of the restaurant when I came to pay for food I could not eat. My husband took the bacon, ham and sausage home and my dog would not even eat it.. Very disappointed in management and waiters. Speaking in a differed language thinking I would not understand what they were saying. Laughing about the whole thing . Did not give the 55 year old discount either. Worst serves and food ever!!

Ihop is a family favorite. Took my granddaughter there for breakfast on my visit to lexington. Waited long ti.e to be seated. Place was not crowded at all. Coffee was awful. Food took forever and was cold, it was only pancakes. Very disappointing after being an Ihop patron forever .

There were only 2 other tables (both with less than 4 people) in the establishment but it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Dinner food was great but the berries and grapes all had mold on them, crepes came out with no sauce less than half a cup of moldy berries at a $13 price tag, we sent them back. Server was trying, but never refilled drinks.

I just ordered a steak omelette through door dash and specifically asked for no hash brown , and what do I get sprinkled on top and throughout my omelette; hash browns 🙄🙄😞

My wife placed an online order, and I picked it up. After coming home with the order, we realized that MOST of her order was missing. I went back, and to be fair, the staff was friendly and apologetic, but it took entirely too long for the missing items to be prepared. I probably waited an additional 10 minutes, on top of driving home, realizing everything that was missing, and driving back. Also, they wrote the wrong name on the order. Overall, just a super long, frustrating experience.

Food was just as amazing as I remembered from my childhood. Service was amazing. We had Jeremiah. He was top notch and is an excellent asset to the business. As the other reviews have stated-there were many tables left with dirty dishes and they are only cleared off as needed when they need tables. Not sure how their process works. It seemed like the waiters were responsible for clearing their own tables. I don’t think they have a designated person to do this. I left 4 stars due to there being room for improvement on the tables being cleared off. I will return and update my review accordingly.

These people are so unprofessional and rude. I asked if I could redeem all my tokens at one time because I never used them before. And the girl said yes. Let's see start from beginning. First took over hr to get cold pancakes and I do mean cold. Then we had to ask for silverware twice. Which the little girl was the only one working apparently other than the smart mouth little boy in the back. They couldn't get codes to work so told me the manager on phone said if I had no way to pay for my food I needed to leave my ID like no way I was leaving my I'd. Get for real. I said please call your manager let me speak to them this lady was soo rude out the gate running her mouth had no clue what she was talking about. Started talked trash guess they fit in together because the little boy when brought phone for me to talk to manager said loudly with attitude don't touch my phone. Like anyone wanted his nasty Little phone. Then manager on phone was running off at mouth instead of trying to figure things out. Talking about how I already used my codes I said the girl seen my points and I just added to wallet and they are not out of date they are good till July of next year. The little nasty boy kept making jokes like I was stupid. And laughing when he kept saying I ordered things I didn't order. This was supposed to been a good nigh
