Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.

I was out and about and decided to grab some breakfast at the I-HOP in Ahwatukee, Az off Ray Rd and the I-10. It was very busy but I was seated right away, in a nice bright area where I requested. Its an older building but its very clean and comfortable. Zane was my server and brought coffee right away. They have great coffee! I ordered the spinach mushroom omelet and hashed browns. It was done perfectly with plenty of fillings. The Hollandaise sauce was amazing. Hashed browns were crisp. My server, Zane was pleasant and attentive. I'm so glad I stopped in today. Great experience! 5 Stars♡

Worst service, rude waitress, sat for almost an hour with nothing, didn't get what we ordered, NEVER refilled anything, food undercooked, and waitress argued with manager when we complained...we were there (3 of us) for OVER 2 hours to just have pancakes. We were only 1 of only 3 families in the whole restaurant!! TERRIBLE experience and sorry I paid anything!!!

The staff was slow to wait on me even though they weren't that busy. They didn't listen to me when I had a specific request. The location was clean, but there were a lot of kids, so it was loud.
I am sitting at the Dayton, OH Huber heights location. I have been seated for 10-15 mins and still have not been addressed or approached to offer me and my child a drink. This is ridiculous when I see multiple people around me being served . Then I was told “I don’t think she saw you guys sitting here, she’ll be with you in a min, it’s still sitting here until I asked who was coming to serve me. I wasn’t even served by the waiter of the section. Please do better with service.

Food is pretty good. After you wait 30 mins for it. The tea is good, but don't think about getting refills. They don't believe in refills. One cup of tea and you're cut off. And if you order anything "on the side", you'll never get it unless you remind the server that's too busy either staring at her phone or flirting with the only other customer in the place. Then she gets attitude. Keep the cook. Fire the waitstaff 2/5*

My husband and I went there this morning around 10 o'clock. We were promptly seated and told someone would be with us shortly. We waited a few minutes and 2 more groups came in. They were seated quickly and both groups were served their beverages. We waited several more minutes and still nothing happened. We got up and left since we were never waited on. If I could give Ihop 0 stars I would.
