Staff is extremely slow. Refuses to acknowledge large groups of people standing there just waiting to even see if their Togo orders are ready. My order was well past the anticipated pickup time and there were no people waiting in line to place orders for subs by the time I finally received my order. Order was sitting there ready they were just waiting to put chips in the bag. But staff walked off and was not even working on Togo orders even though they knew which order I was waiting...read full review
I just wanted to say, we had a great experience. Our subs were made exactly how we liked them, the sandwich makers were very friendly. We went right at lunch time, so they were busy, with that being said excellent customer service was still given. We told them they did a great job, sometimes they need to hear it.
