When you spend almost 70$ it would be nice for the food to not look like someone ran over it with a monster truck. Will not be back to this location again.

Time to update my review. The guy on the grill tonight was on his game, but the front line was not. The grill guy was having to ask the questions that the front line was supposed to be asking.

On the day we went the lettuce looked red and brown, looked like it should have been thrown out, any food service place would have thrown that out instead of serving it to its customers. I asked the staff whether they had other lettuce, they said they did not. If that was true, the issue was with the manager, incapable of managing inventory and also thought it was ok to serve rotten lettuce. If this location is the only Jersey Mike's location someone has been to, they would think it is a third-rate sub shop.

Ordered my food through the Jersey Mike's app and my food was delivered via Door Dash. My sandwich was made incorrectly. When I called to ask for them to make a new sandwich or have it refunded, I was told to bring my old sandwich back to the store to have them remake it and was to they could not refund my order. I have worked in multiple restaurants including fast food and every place I have worked, we were not allowed to take food any customer has touched and had to make them another sandwich. Especially since after Covid as to not spread any illness or diseases a customer may have. They told me that I would have to bring my food back to get it switched out. I don't get off of work for a few hours and no where to store the food that was given to me. Now I have to hold on to a sandwich for hours and then bring it back to get food to eat. Food here is already not cheap and I guess they are over budget on food cost. I guess they plan on saving it for the next customer who orders a club sandwich and that's just gross and unethical.

Very disappointed, by 8:15 pm they were out of rolls. Waited 5 minutes or more to be told no rolls. There was no one in the store except three employees. Four other people walked in after me, all at different times. Finally we were told no rolls. I could understand running out at 8:45 because it closes at 9:00. I can also understand it might've been a busy day just couldn't keep up. But, don't make me stand waiting for 5 minutes or more to find out not able to make a sub. Tell me when I walk in the door. We all left. No one was mean or ugly but all disappointed. Let's try to have better customer service.

They got the guitar music playing. Being a sub sandwich “connoisseur” from New England and living in NC it’s pretty close and maybe some cases better than the local pizza place in Massachusetts which is where us northerners get our sandwiches typically. My only concern is a private equity firm brought them out. For now it’s good.. let’s all hope and pray the food quality doesn’t go down hill as traditionally private equity ruins restaurants as cheapening of ingredients etc.

Every time I come to this location they get the order wrong! We always get the exact same order and mine always comes out wrong I spend over $45 on the food here, I ordered the bacon chicken ranch sub and requested it be on a wrap, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO extra meat (paid almost $4 extra for it)

The wrap came with lettuce and tomato and barely any meat it’s like they don’t even look at the ticket I ordered online and even checked no to the items. This location will no longer be getting any service from us this is the 3rd time this has happened in a row!

Best subs fresh and staff are friendly and they get you in and out fast a lil pricey but delicious I always come here to get sandwiches 🤤
