I'm not one to write reviews but this was such a bad experience I had to share. We ordered 2 adult plates and a kids meal. Our waitress watched our son dump a cup of water on my husband's lap and didn't offer us napkins, we had to ask for them. We never got refills or more salsa, even after we asked, and we had to ask another waitress twice for what we needed. The icing on top of the cake was we were charged extra because we told them to omit the taco shell from our kids meal. When we asked at checkout, we were told they charged us extra for the meat in the taco.

This has been by far the worst restaurant I have been to I made sure twice before the waitress left with my order she understood what I did not want on my burrito and it came out wrong she did not understand me so somebody else came and it seem like he was saying I was wrong and plus what the menu say it comes with it does not so they send it back for it to still come back wrong and we had to ask for stuff twice

Just a few shady experiences.. first my friend and I went and she had a rock in her food. Then recently I gave them another chance and went to pick up a to go order. As I was paying for my food I asked for a reminder of what I ordered (because the total he gave me didn’t seem right) he pecked around on the computer and told me a different amount. When I looked at my receipt I realized that gratuity was added on my to go order… in addition to the to go plate fees.

I placed a pick up order last night. I had an order of rice, beans, and salad. I paid $9.83 for my order. What I received wasn't worth $5.00. I took a picture of it, that's how bad it was. There wasn't a tablespoon of beans, and maybe 3 tablespoons of rice with a sprinkle of lettuce, and just a drop of sour cream on top of the lettuce. A 2-year old child would still be hungry after eating this. I wish I could post the picture. This was the worst of the worst.

I should have read my previous reviews and the hundreds of reviews on yelp and google that all say the same thing. OK food…..sometimes but bad service EVERY time. I keep trying it because it’s the only Mexican on our side of town and we forget how bad it is. But oh it comes rushing back when you can’t get anyone to take your drink order. When they do come, they never come back. A 30-45 min stop becomes that long just to get your first drink. I could type all night about how bad it was. I could also type all night about how clueless the same manager is. I will never go back. The owners obviously do not care. How could they with year after year of bad reviews for the same thing. Service. How do you mess up Mexican food and margaritas? I hope this review makes someone reading it choose another place.

I understand this is a Mexican restaurant, but if you can’t understand our order and serve it to the correct person in a timely manner, you shouldn’t be a server.
We waited for an hour before being served incorrect plates. We asked what plate they’re trying to serve to verify whose it is and they couldn’t even tell us what it is. Half the table was done eating before the rest even got their plates, and they STILL weren’t correct. 😤
We’ve come here several times when they were busier without issues. But today was the most infuriating and frustrating experience ever.
