This location was struggling last time I went but today it was as good as it could get! Great fresh pizza and bread sticks. They had everything ready when I showed up and the pizza was better than the other pizza chains by a long shot. A++

Everytime my family goes its an issue. Theres never any hot and readys. Wait times are terrible. Customer service is trash and the place is gross. Today we went and they said they werent taking in store orders that we would have to order online or call in. Really? Pure laziness and no work ethic at all. They need a complete crew/ management overhaul. Will no longer be giving them my business and hard earned money. That was their last chance. No thank you I'll pass.

Ordered pizza eye contact I wanted green pepper and pineapple no pineapple green pepper was so soggy dough hard as a brick for the price that people pay to eat out ridiculous !!! Food not even a one star lost our business !!!

this little Ceasars is hands down the worst one in NC. the employees cuss around customers and the manager didn't even hold the door open when I had my hands full she just rudely walk past me. they get my order wrong every time! I will avoid this place at all cost from now on and I would recommend anyone in lexington do the same!

Stopped in last night to grab some crazy bread. They didn’t have any ready so I waited on them to make it. They did get it ready pretty quick but it was VERY overcooked. I ordered 3 bags and the picture is what we got. 2 were overdone and one had zero seasoning on it. We tried but ended up not even eating it. A waste of $12.

I came in and waited for 20 minutes before someone finally spoke to me and then when I told them my order and tried to pay they said they can't take any 100$ or 50$ bills yet the person in front of me tried to pay with a 50$ bill and the lady just gave him his pizzas for free 😵💫 I wasn't after a free pizza I had full intentions to pay even after I waited so long. I will not be going back. I ended up just leaving with no pizza and my 100$ bill
I went to Little Caesars in Lexington, North Carolina.I ordered two pizzas one pretzel crust stuffed crust with pepperoni. I also ordered one pretzel Is crushed with Pepperoni. I waited about 25 minutes. When he finally brought my pizza from the back, he called my name didn't give me time to answer. Put the pizza in the oven and left and went back to the back. I kept calling for him. He's ignoring me he came back out. I said excuse me several times I said you called my name and then you didn't even wait for me to answer you just left and went back in the back. Of course, he was rude. And said I didn't answer then. I said I have 2 pizzas, not one pizza. Well, you only have one down here, so I asked him to call the lady back out. I told her she said you didn't order a stuff. Cross, you only ordered the pepperoni. I said I ordered a stuffed crust first. Shook another 15 minutes to get that ready, then I get it home and have some kind of cheese sauce on it. Instead of red sauce. The place only has like a 90 rating, they'll stand in the back and make pizza crust and forget about anybody that's standing at the register needing to order. They are so rude there and the pieces are terrible. They're half cooked. I actually asked them to cook mine extra because I have to take 'them home and recook' them because they' are. white on bottom. Some of the worst service I have ever Encountered the staff are so rude there. one young black man. There is pretty nice. He always says have a nice day. Also no gloves placing with phones and then working with pizza dough. Also they stand in the back and make pizza crust and let people standing waiting to give their order. THEY NEED SOME TRAINING THERE FAST

Order a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. This item was listed on the menu for a price of $7.99. I asked if I could add jalapeño peppers to my pizza, Totally aware that there would be an extra charge for the extra topping. I was told the cost for my pizza with the ONE ADDED TOPPING WOULD BE $14.99‼️. Either little Caesars is ripping people off or their employees have not been properly trained⁉️ The price of the pizza nearly doubled because I wanted to add one topping. What a joke
