Placed an order in the app for lunch, then found out it had this location instead of the town I work in. Called and explained the situation, was told they could move the pick up time to when I am in the area. Called 1 hour before that time to confirm I was all set, got hung up on once and the second time I spoke to a person, explained it again and was hung up on after asking to step away for a moment. Arrived at that time, spoke to the same person as I did on the phone, explained it a 3rd time. All I got was that he could make it right, but had several orders to do before mine. Said again that was why I called before arriving as I had my 4 year with me and could not wait. Make a long story short, staff are clueless, they are paid to make pizza's and get them out the door and don't have the customer service tools to assist when situations like this happen. Oh wait, did you say calling cooperate about this? I filled out their online support response........nothing. Called the 800 number and spent my whole lunch break listening to their regurgitated jingles and cooperate propaganda saying you are important to them. Moral of this story...... go somewhere else.

I had to downgrade my review of this location. I have had too many times when they have run out of ingredients or had two hour or longer wait times to continue to leave a better review. I'd recommend eating somewhere else. I have never had Papa John's tell me they are out of ingredients or can't make the food in a reasonable time. Really any other pizza chain.

I just need to understand why this location does not take call in orders after 9pm but they do not close till 11pm. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard and bad business! The customer service at this location is horrible!

Ordered a pizza for my teenagers to be delivered, arrived home to 2 very sick children. I looked at the pizza and it was raw, taking my kids to the emergency room now, Little Ceasers if this is food poisoning I will hire every lawyer in Lexington and come after you, they just lost their mama. Now we are back in the place they last saw her,

I just want to say that I give people grace. I ordered over the phone an hour before I went to go pick up my pizza. When I arrived, there were two people already waiting, and no one greeted me to see if my order was ready. So I stood there for another 20 minutes patiently because it looked like there was only 4 people there, but no one has bothered to come to the front to greet the people who were coming in and ask about their order. A lot of people started coming in and then they decided to come to the front. I then asked if my order was ready and guess what, it was sitting in the warmer this whole time, but they didn’t know because they stayed in the back as people were coming in.Also, one of the cooks needed to wash their hands after messing in their hair.

I was disappointed in the chaos and confusion of the kitchen staff. The wait was over double the time I was told after I already paid... BUTTT...SETH took over up front, and this young man's energy changed my irritation to a smile. It goes to show, if people could have his attitude and positive vibes, even a sour situation isn't that bad.
