I stopped by Starbucks at Lexington Plaza while traveling and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. My order was made correctly and served quickly, and the place was clean and welcoming.

There is this one Caucasian long haired male barista who constantly is not attentive to me at the counter whether it’s me or my daughter. I love this place and some of the lovely workers morning and night! But there are some improvements that need to be made especially when it comes to being kind in this establishment. The environment is very nice but I wish the mood wasn’t put down with the frustration of waiting! Ugh I hope this gets fixed or I’m just going back to kieser country

The wait time is ridiculous waited over an hour an each time checking in was rudely met with a response from “David” Who thought he should raise his voice and embarrass someone when asking about the status of their order after they vented the frustrations of waiting over an hour

Went inside to order two drinks and came out 50 minutes later because according to the Starbucks employee inside customers are not prioritized as much as drive thru customers. Ridiculous

worst starbucks, they took 30 minutes just to make my order. no one should ever wait that long for 1 drink. i’ve been to so many Starbucks and they’re always fast with it, just terrible.

Absolutely the worst caramel frappacino I've ever had. I'm not even sure there was any coffee or ice in it at all. It tasted like milk with a tiny bit of caramel in it.

Trying to do a business call and the music is so loud I can not hear even with my ear buds in. Dont mind music but it shouldn't be so loud the speakers have static! Ill go elsewhere

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE.. I stopped off highway 85 while traveling to purchase my everyday starbuck fix. This was the WORST experience i had ever had in any starbucks. Upon arrival, noone was in line inside and it still took about 3 minutes for someone to take my order. The cashier was not friendly at all and i did not get a welcoming feeling.. I had just answered a call before I came in so luckily I was able to report accurate timing of my order.. After talking on the phone for 12 whole minutes and noone else around waiting for orders, i finally realized that the orders being placed on the counter were not mine and were online orders. When I questioned my order, another unfriendly worker told me that I had about an additional 10 minutes before they got to my order. she stated that the barista was behind and they had to go in order.. I immediately texted my family in the car waiting for me to return to the car and asked them to describe the last car waiting in the drive thru. When i witnessed that car pay and drive off with their items, i spoke up again.. I asked the Barista where was she in perspective to my order and she looked and stated she has to do them in order. She looked to be doing the best she could with no help. Meanwhile, there were employees making pup cups, stocking Starbucks merchandise and some just standing around talking. An unidentified employee comes to talk to me after prompted by the barista. i was irate at this point because my phone now exhibits that i have been now waiting 26 minutes for 1 grande pecan latte.. Instead of this employee exemplifying excellent customer service and showing empathy for my experience.. Instead of just making my order and sending me off on my angry way, she asked me if i wanted a Refund.. She gave ne No Im sorry:. just an attitude of I dont care and I will give you your money.. I was so upset that i snatched the receipt from her hand. She refunded me but my 26 minutes of waisted time couldnt be refunded. So i went to Dunkin.. if you are on the 85 in Lexington NC.. DO NOT STOP IF YOU ARE BLACK..

I swear a blindfolded barista from any other location could work faster than the whole staff of this store combined. I'm honestly just amazed at this point, after a decade of food service, I've never seen such a consistently slow line.

I’m obsessed with the brown sugar shaken espresso so that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. SO good! I love most of the ppl who work here with an exception to Jim. I try really hard not to ask how he is doing after he asks me and I say good… bc I know he will unload all his problems on me. Today I didn’t ask and he told me anyways and said how it was one of those days and how they were having nationwide issues with internet or something. Just so negative. Then when I asked for a straw he asked me why I hadn’t mastered the sippy cup yet. Like. Dude. I know it was meant to be funny but it’s NOT. It’s rude. Just smile and pretend you love your job like the rest of us. 😒

Worse Starbucks I’ve been to. I always order the same coffee with 3 shoots for stronger flavor. This time it was very weak. When I mentioned it to one of the workers she got defensive and copped an attitude - proceeded to argue that if I asked for 3 shots then I got 3 shots. I told her I order this often and get a strong coffee but in this one I could taste mostly milk. She then said that I would have to pay for an extra shot, which I did… pay more just so that I would have a palatable coffee. The rudeness was uncalled for. If you messed up an order, which happens we’re human, just fix it, don’t argue with the customer and give them the third degree. We already pay enough for these coffees so we should get what we pay for. Inexcusable behavior!
