I appreciate Nisha’s customer service so much. They were swamped with orders but she was so kind and sweet. When your baristas are bright and smiling you don’t mind a little wait. She even remembered my name after handing out many orders after that. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back! Love it!

Starbucks... do better next time, you little gave me a sip of drink all becausei didnt want ice in my cup so my coffee didnt get watered down... very disappointed 😞

Employees were quite inconsiderate to the customer ahead of me when she spilled part of her drink the counter. Customer simply asked if they could rinse the cup under the sink and they told her to grab napkins to wipe it herself. The customer had even cleaned the counter herself prior to that without a single employee coming with a wet rag to help.

Aside from that, drinks came out in odd order (one of mine prior to three people there waiting for similar drink types). It was very understaffed for the line of people outside in the drive thru and inside. Being one of the only SB in the vicinity it’s a busy location. Owner needs to trained employees on how to be considerate.

I’ve been in this coffee shop 3 times in the last 3 months as this is where we pick to meet our son to get our grandaughter. The first time I was there I assumed the six or seven people behind the counter were from Corporate or in training. It took over 5 min to take our order. Everyone was standing around like no one knew what to do. I waited almost 30 min for my coffee and finally ended up getting a refund. That part was handled efficiently . Chalked it up to a bad day . Went back again on Friday. Again a lot of people behind the counter all looking confused . At one point not one of them was making coffee. It was not very busy. It took about 15 min, but we did get our coffee. My cappuccino was not great, more like a latte, but just moved on. Went back today and waited 5 minutes, no one even looked at me, much less offered to take my order. Never a smile or welcoming attitude in the three times I have been there. Today not extra staff as in previous visits. I walked out the door , and did not order. Not sure why this store has so many issues, but looks like we will pick a new location to drop off grandbaby.

The customer service at this location is very bad. From the moment you begin your order to the time you receive it, the associates in this location do not care about or for their customers. I won’t be returning to this location, and I highly recommend anyone who can wait to keep driving to the next location or go to the Dunkin at the entrance of the shopping center.

Horrible experience. Avoid this store if you can. Made my drink wrong twice even while I was giving clear instructions WHILE she was making it. Also gave me the wrong sandwich. I have never had a worse experience at a Starbucks.

The short lady in the bonnet that’s always in the drive through is super rude. I order my coffee from here every single day and she ALWAYS has a bad attitude.

Bad customer service took them 8 minutes to order caramel frappe another 7 minutes for them to make it and on top of that a pregnant lady who made my frappe didn't put notl caramel syrup when I asked she gave me an attitude and drive thru lady ignore me when I commented about her attitude and asked to get out lol insane worst people ever on top of that restaurant is so dirty never recommend no-one to come there

I am from out of town, and maybe my experience was totally different from the poor rating shown on google. But they made 5he best coffee I have had in a WHILE! Back home, every shop makes my drink a little different and it's hard to find one that makes it correctly-they NAILED it. Thanks yall!
