Used to be able to bring granddaughter here and enjoy it.
Hardly ever get correct order now, and kids working here have bad attitudes and act like we are a nuisance to them.
Today, the little girl never asked our name. I didn't realize it til we waited and waited, and saw tons of people get theirs before us and leave. Granddaughter found her cake pop just sitting there, then our drinks, just sitting near straws and no one let us know they were ready. I gave her a tip before I even thought we may get bad service, which I will never do again!
I did forget to say no coffee in frappe's, but she wouldn't touch the cup..said to throw it away myself because I drank out of it..like I have some kind of disease..made a face..unreal..!!! Maybe you should wear gloves.
Someone remade the drink, then a man looked like he may be a manager, slid drink across the counter like I was the issue. Here's your milk based frappe and turned away. No one ever said anything, like I'm sorry for the wait or not calling us or anything. I definitely won't be back to this location. I will drive further just to get better service from now on.

Worst customer experience I’ve had. After standing alone at the counter for 5 min waiting for the staff (who we’re all busy taking orders for the drive through) to notice that i wanted to buy merchandise, when someone finally came to check out my order, and i said “Finally!” I told the manager they might want to pay attention to the people who actually bothered to come into the store and she chastised me on the way out for “abusing her staff” (apparently saying “finally” after a long wait is considered abuse.) Whoever the manger is, she doesn’t need to be a manager nor be working in customer service. Don’t bother going to this Starbucks unless you’re willing to be chastised for expressing relief for “finally” being seen after being ignored.

I ordered a tea to go, this is what they gave me, i only found out like 10 minutes after i left.
I dont usually post complaints, but this is truly unacceptable. I mean... Its not even drinkable, come on!

My wife ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and also purchased a gift card. She went in store to do so around 4:45pm. It is now 5:33 and she still has yet to get her coffee. This level of service combined with lack of acknowledgment is unacceptable. Please carve out a good bit of time if you plan to frequent this location.

Waited over 25 minutes got 2 coffees!!!! Drive thru line was packed so I went inside. Big mistake. All they cared about were the drive thru customers. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

I wanted a simple coffee drink here. They made the order wrong 3 TIMES. My order was a pumpkin spice frap doubled blended with an extra espresso shot.
I wasn’t trying to be rude to the workers here, but lord…the girl making my drink through drive thru rolled her eyes at my mother & I when I said “Sorry my order is wrong”. So on the 3rd go….it STILL wasn’t right. So my mother & I just went inside for a refund.
What we saw inside was an absolute HORROR SHOW. If I’d had known how DISGUSTING it looked inside…I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. There was a gentleman in front of me getting ready to say his order, & the cashier cut him off real quick & he said “listen it’s gonna be about 40 minutes per drink to be made”. Like….what??
Needless to say, we got our refund back, & went to Dunkin nearby. WAY better atmosphere & service, & it was cleaner too! Shame on this Starbucks location. It baffles me how they have an “A” grade rating….

Took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They either need more staff or operationally need to figure out to be more efficient.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I understand that they might be slow staffed, but it is like this every single time. I think the longest I have waited is 45 minutes, but that was after I ordered so I did not know it would take this long.
The one suggestion I would make is the line for the drive through- people go through the parking lot and also around close to Chic-Fil-A. There needs to be one way, because if someone is trying to get out of the parking lot, they can't back out. I came on Sunday and someone who went through the parking lot cut me off and almost hit my car. I informed the guy at the window and he just looked at me.
The drinks, food and atmosphere are no issue- just service and parking.
