Had to send my order back FOUR different times - one employee was high out of her mind, and kept loudly asking how to make basic menu items. I’ve seen her on multiple different occasions over the months. She’s been there long enough to have a grasp on the menu. If you’re so stoned that you don’t know even remember how to make a burrito, and to the point that multiple customers can tell… don’t show up to work high.
There was a guy counting the tills who was $23 short, claiming that every customer he’d had recently had paid in *exact* cash, and how it wasn’t his fault. Seems like the cash is either in his pocket, or someone’s meal got comped. He was super snarky with customers who’d received incorrect orders, even stating that “It’s called fast food, not correct food!”
At first, my order was given to the wrong person, causing the entire order to be remade. Then, every sauce was missing. After that, I noticed my grilled cheese burrito wasn’t even in the bag - and when I ended up receiving it, it hadn’t even been grilled. Our side of nacho fries was also nowhere to be seen and the taco I’d ordered was made with steak instead of chicken - and yes, I triple checked my order on the kiosk.
As this unfolded, around four different people came up beside me at the counter with similar issues regarding their food.
I have worked food service (restaurant & fast food) for years - I do currently, and this sort of behavior is appalling. Most of the employees were apologetic, and it isn’t their fault that they have to deal with a few incompetent coworkers. I genuinely sympathize with that. But I placed my order at 7:58PM, and I didn’t get it until a manager had to take over around 8:50PM. I appreciate how the other staff members handled the situation, and their manager’s urgency - who did go above and beyond to make it right, but the sources of the problem are still clocked in, and they should probably be sent home.

Non existent service. Nobody will help you at all. Staff has zero customer interaction. Place was nasty. Ordered on mobile app 20 minutes ahead and still stood in the restaurant for 20 more minutes waiting on food.

Do yourself a favor and order on the self service kiosk. They'll just ignore if you try to place your order at the register.

I ordered on 3/05 and the order was wrong ! We called up spoke to manager on 3/05/25 and she told me to save receipt and order would be replaced at no charge! I called today 3/25/25 spoke to manager and she told me she was making other orders and didn’t have time for me basically so I drove to the store! The manager came out with extreme attitude making me feel like I was doing something wrong! She never went to look my order up and was asking me questions from the back of the kitchen ! Order IS WRONG AGAIN ! I called up again she answered and very rude saying I’m wrong then hung up the phone on me !!! This is unacceptable actions for a manager of any store

Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Quality was dirt poor and the servers did not do anything to accommodate for absurd wait times. Food was not hot, serving size was below standards and the order was not correct. I waited 15 minutes to have the wrong order and I was not waiting 15 more minutes for them to 'make it right' I will not return to this location

Ms or Mrs. Latoya is one of the best GM managers working night shift she was absolutely so sweet and is there to make all customers happy very very very pleased with the service I got and fixing my meal on top of giving me free taco coupons something she didn’t have to do I greatly appreciate everything she has done for us tonight thank you so much ms or Mrs Latoya

I went to Taco bell this morning at the drive thru. I was so mad on my service. I got my I order the 7 box and there was food on my box and I did not get a full glass of drink and there was food on my straw. And the lady at the drive thru had food on her clothes she need a bath

Not the best Taco Bell I've ever been to but not a total dumpster fire. Overall things went really well and I was able to get in and out without too much issue. It only overall issue that I have with Taco Bell is their app. Sometimes their app is just straight up trash. I also wish that they would not have canceled the strawberry lemonade that was my favorite.

This evening we decided to have Taco Bell which is a usual weekly thing for our family. This makes the fourth time we have gone through the drive thru and have not only received food that is completely out of whack & incorrect from what we’ve ordered. But also the worker at the drive thru window tonight acted like she could care less that we were there at the window ready to get our food. Disrespectful with the worst kind of attitude. We thanked here for our food and tossed it at my boyfriend and said “yep”. I usually don’t say anything but overall the experiences here recently at this place have made me extremely upset. I’m not here trying to down anyone but simply do better. I understand it’s rough for everyone and even worse sometimes here around the holidays. But that’s really not an OK excuse to be rude to customers or others in general.

Totally incompetent crew. More interested in joking around and laughing they ignored all the people inside the restaurant placing orders. They were only serving orders to drive thru customers. I had waited for just over 30 minutes for my order, which was already paid for through the app, before I walked out without the food.
