Let’s just say I’m really a maybe may be not leave a review type person. and im not even from Lexington I was visiting due to my husband being in the hospital. But I’m just say I was NOT pleased not at all and at the price it cost to eat out is already expensive and to go somewhere and the food is just there. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and Spaghetti Al la Vince the food is as Bland not seasoned at all, the Al la Vince was pose to have a meat sauce an it was just sauce. Ima just say and I hate to say this cause I’m not a bashing type person but both entrees was just NASTY 🤢 !!!

My sister & I ate there today for the very 1st time. I ordered fried chicken & it was AWESOME!! Sundays appear to be busy so you want to get there before the church crowd.

The service was the worst that I have ever experienced. We had to get our own refills and never saw a server( or one that was willing to check on us) except to take our order and give us our bill. The food was cold when we finally received it and you could tell it had been sitting for a long time. As far as portion size, I think maybe I counted 8 fries (and not the steak fries, but regular fries. Management was less than helpful or responsive to our concern’s. I would recommend going anywhere but here. If this was the only place open, I’m eating at home or not at all. From the management, to the service, to the food, absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had.

Extremely disappointed in our experience here. Our service was excellent! Our food was subpar at best and was lukewarm when it arrived. The carpet in the dining room is filthy with grease from the kitchen and needs to be cleaned badly. The bathroom was also unkept and dirty. We had heard good things about this place and we were extremely disappointed. We will not be back.

I got The fried chicken dinner. The grease the chicken was fried in was old so it had that taste to it. The collard greens were woodsy and stalky.. The only decent thing was the cream potatoes and gravy. This is the 2nd time getting the chicken. I'm thinking seriously of not going back. I keep having bad experiences there.

I used to eat at the Village Grill 10+ years ago when I lived in Davidson. We revisited Lexington today and decided to eat breakfast there and it was everything I remember and expected. Please keep up the good food and atmosphere. Enjoyed everything and will come back when in "towns". Loved waffles and all the good stuff accompanied it
