Sophie's Cork & Ale Reviews
Great food, good wine selection. However, if you go on Friday or Saturday night, the music is so loud it's excruciating. It should be more soft acoustic atmosphere so you can enjoy the music and conversation with friends.
Great place, friendly staff

Sophie's Cork & Ale is a highly recommended restaurant known for its top-tier food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is a warm and rustic setting with a hint of nostalgic farmhouse charm, creating a unique dining experience. The Surf and Turf dish is praised as being worth the money, and the Filet Mignon wrap has also received positive feedback. The crab cake sandwich with gouda mac and cheese remains a highlight, along with the key lime cheesecake, which is mentioned as a delicious fresh dessert. The staff is extremely accommodating, and the waiter, AJ, is described as the best server ever, making the experience memorable and enjoyable. Customers appreciate the excellent food quality, with dishes like burgers and the filet flight being well prepared with good portions. The atmosphere, service, and food all contribute to a great visit, with some comments about slow service at times and awkward seating. Despite this, Sophie's Cork & Ale continues to be viewed as a gem of a place that customers are eager to visit again.
