Went for the $1 biscuits and also got the potatoes. Just ok food. The potatoes were very over cooked.

Absolutely terrible service. Got frostys they were out and didn't even tell me. They tried to give me 1 of the 4 drinks I got. Then they true to not give me the coffee I paid for. The blonde girl was rude and very unhelpful with accommodations for them being out of the items. Asked for the coffee on the order and she got it and slammed it down on the counter to the point where the drink was coming out of the top of the cup. Please fix these issues. 0 stars đ. I world rather drive 30 minutes to a different location just to never have to deal with this again. If you hate your job it's simple go find a new one because dealing with customers clearly isn't your thing..... rant over

I've been a regular here for lunch, but after today I doubt I will visit again. They prioritize Door Dash orders over dine in orders. I left after waiting 18 minutes to place my order. While waiting 3 Door Dash orders came in that they were working on. Hey, I was here 1st! I overheard one employee tell the other not to enter any orders until the Door Dash ones were done. It's no different than letting someone break in line and knowingly serving them first. Too bad they have allowed their customer service decline so much. I ended up going to the nearby Chick Fil A and got my food in 2 minutes...

So I know a lot of Wendyâs employees had to get this job as an only resort but I promise you guys that giving the proper serving of fries does not come out of your paycheck. I felt bad bc maybe they poor and got hungry?? LMAO
The most horrible place i have been too! I ordered a hamburger with no cheese. She checked my order before I paid. It was wrong when they gave it to me. She wanted me to pull up so they could remake it. I said No. I just.pulled off. How about training your people. Sick of bad service. Wendy's is the worst!

It took us an hour to get our food. The man taking order was extremely rude with no apology. He acted really bothered to do his job and he couldn't do it correctly. Or didn't care enough to which I think really was the case. No ice. No ketchup cups, rude customer service and food barely edible and we spend around 50$. Reminded why I'm not a fan of Wendy's.

this place sucks. if i could give it 0 stars, i would. the workers were super disrespectful and sat behind the counter complaining about the technology âits not showing me and its pissing me offâ at one point some guy (staff) raised his voice and said âbecause it SUCKS.â they were in no rush despite the drive-through being full and the line inside being backed up to the door, Actually they were the opposite. They were taking their sweet time and I watched three of them come in from a break. Not to mention all of this was after we waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. The woman taking orders was rude, Too quiet to hear, and lazy, I think itâs also worth mentioning that she was making food with no hair net and hair hanging down from her hat. every time ive gotten the baconator fries, the cheese has been melted and rhe bacon has been in bits. this time it was obvious they didnât even try them all the cheese, and the bacon was in whole pieces. Itâs obvious they werenât in a rush, as I previously mentioned, they had at least 20 people in line and weâre moving unbelievably slow. I would recommend this place if youâre looking somewhere to waste An hour of your time for food that isnât even worth the price or efforts of even driving here.

Entire lobby floor was like glass. I had to hold on to tables to safely walk. Staff was fairly friendly. Fries were awful and the hamburger cheese looked like it had been there awhile..

Horrible service. Walked in and I was told they would be with me in a moment. I waited to the point I walked out. The young lady working the register is unable to multi-task. The people waiting on their food were frustrated, the people behind me were frustrated and even the staff behind the counter seemed frustrated. This is not a place to stop if you are on a schedule.
