This location is a clown show. Half the time they don't know what's going on and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Kid at the drive-thru window said that it was him and one other person and he wasn't supposed to be at the drive-thru window, but the other person was busy doing inventory. So who was supposed to be at the window?

I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular nuggets. No big deal, went back through the line because I have children in car seats. I was given regular nuggets AGAIN. This was a 25+ minute ordeal waiting in their slow line. The rest of the food is now ice cold, thanks for nothing!

Wendy’s as a whole is great. This location however is not. The owner seriously needs to do something about the poor quality and performance of this location. The organization, training, and process flow of their staff is severely lacking. Customer service needs work as well.. Do not waste your time or your family’s time coming here. They cannot keep up with the basics.

Open till 3 am is a joke. Went there at 9:10 pm and no one answered at the drive thru, waited 20 minutes then left. Several cars behind us had the same experience.

I would recommend never having delivery from here. My order was given away to a stranger as the delivery driver ignored the address and just gave the order away. I called this place which never returned my call or reached out in anyway. So beware !!!!

Customers service is a joke here might as well be a machine. The front lady was very rude could not take the order I said it four times. Would not honor Wendy's app or even scan for the rewards. Lady wouldn't even tell you when your food was on the counter customer service very poor food was cold.
