The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.
I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.
I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! hot garbage...wings are small and portions suck. employees are even worse.
They really got this girl in there slaving taking the order making the meal and serving while doing phone and internet orders as well. I see you baby girl! I would have quit nothing is worth that much stress.
Me and my family tried this place for the very first time today. What I will say is that it is insane that they only have two ppl working only. But the most extreme and insane part was only one young lady was doing everything by herself. She was cooking,serving, and the cash register as well. S/o to her for staying and working hard y'all should give her a raise and show her gratitude.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
From the moment we walked in, it was clear something was off. The staff at the register seemed completely out of it—confused, disorganized, and not paying attention. We were overcharged and they nearly gave us the wrong order.
After a long wait, the food finally arrived, but it was served on a plate that looked like it had leftover sauce from something else—absolutely unappetizing. The celery and carrot sticks were especially bad: watery, limp, and clearly not fresh. The celery sticks were nearly transparent, like they’d been frozen and thawed multiple times.
We flagged it, and they did refund the cost of the sticks, but honestly, we were too grossed out to finish the rest of our food after that. It felt unsafe to eat there.
Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered wings and asked for the sauce on the side, since I like to add it myself. But I was still charged $1.49 for the sauce, even though it’s usually included when wings come sauced. Would be nice if this was made clear beforehand.
