Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Tried to place an order over the phone bc their website doesn't allow special instructions. Any orders over $25 is not allowed. WTH!!! You just lost another customer. If your employees are not smart enough to take a payment over the phone then maybe hire older staff.

I went to Wing stop the other day and was shocked by how good the customer service and the food was! Janay Brown took me and my wife’s order! She was quick and nice and had a smile the entire time!! One of our favorite places to eat lunch!
Literally ANY local place with wings will do a better job with less hassle or chance that part of your order won't be there.

Food is very unpredictable. Sometimes it’s good. Most of the time it’s awful. Burnt fry’s, super soggy wings, missing dip. Wingstop has always been a favorite. Just not this location.
