Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We sat at the ONLY almost clean table in the place. A group of young men came in after us and insisted that a table be cleaned and floor swept before they would sit. No straws, no napkins and very few choices on drinks. Glad this wasn't my first experiences for Zaxbys...my favorite fast food stop. If it were, it would also be my last.

Almost every single time I go to this location my food is wrong or they forget something. This time it was wrong, they left something out, and it was cold. The only reason I am giving 2 stars was for the friendly employees trying to do their job with no staff. Corporate you need to do better by your staff. Give them trainings. Give them incentives. The ones that are left are burnt out and can’t be expected to do everything right all the time. If a location is short staff move someone from another location, or go in there yourself.

Supposed to be open til 10 pm but drive thru says closed a little after 9:30 pm. Teach yalls employees to abide by the hours posted online and not close early.

Who are they letting behind the mic at the drive thru? We had to repeat ourselves multiple times yelling at the mic and the employee kept repeating HUH and WHAT.
Get someone to work the drive thru who can actually hear properly ?

Restaurant was completely empty, which is unusual for this restaurant. Fries were not seasoned and they were cold. Wings were ridiculously small. Cheesecake bites were not like the other stores.

Part of my order was a wings and things combo

1) I was eating the tenders and the one on the bottom had a big bite taken out of it

2) the tenders werent their normal ones, looked like freezer section from the grocery store.

3) both drinks were wrong

4) everything was cold

With the suspicious half eaten tender, safe to say I'm never eating at this location again.

I went through the drive thru to get a cup of ice. They charged me for someone else’s order and then the money still hasn’t been returned to me even after they told me it would that night. It was some bigger set white lady who charged me and she ran off laughing at me??

I visited the drive-thru and requested a mix of Dr. Pepper and Cream Soda with my meal, as we've often done in the past using the Freestyle machine. However, I was informed that I could only choose one. When I inquired further, the response was a firm refusal: "I'm not going to do that."

We regularly visit this location since it's close to our home. If this is the standard of customer service at Zaxby's, we may reconsider our future visits. To the GM, this occurred around 7:40 PM on 8/1/24. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this experience.

Friendly staff. Speedy service. Tenders were leftover reheats and the fries were barely cooked and only a tiny bit of seasoning. Wish I would have gone some place else.

Usually pretty good. Today... no sauce, napkins, or straw. Fries are super gooey and dark like the oil hasnt been changed.
