I got hired and I have done everything on my part waiting on them to fixed there mess up with the onboarding forms I was told to be here today at 2 and Jessica Burton would be there to fix the onboarding issue with closing the position before I could fill out my onboarding and she was not there at 2 today and I walk in and Helen says she'd be there at 3 instead of two if she knew the district manager was not going to be there at 2 why did they not call me and say hey come in at 3 not 2 then I sit there from 2 a clock to almost 4 a clock not allowed to start working until onboarding and W2's are completed no one has showed any interest to fix there mess up and resend it to me and let me complet it at home that way I will be ready the next day to start training me and I'm there to work not sit sit sit can someone call me or send my onboarding papers already 3366241035 Crystal Tucker
Love their food and the people working there
Hate to be that kind of person, but I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time it’s been absolutely terrible. I always get the CBR fries and they’re always soggy, cheese is just thrown in there, and the chicken is rubbery or room temperature. Considering this is the only zaxbys in Lexington you’d think It’d be a bit better. Guess not.

I visited Zaxby’s today and ordered the Wings & Things with traditional wings. After placing my order, the lady who took it came back and told me there would be a 20-minute wait on the traditional wings. I let her know I didn’t want to wait that long, so she went and got the manager. The manager offered to substitute the wings with something else, and I asked for the Signature Chicken Sandwich instead. He agreed.
However, when I got home, I realized they didn’t give me the actual Signature Sandwich. Instead, they just took some chicken tenders, put them on a bun, and tried to pass it off as a sandwich. This is completely unacceptable—especially coming from a manager. I’m very disappointed in the service and how the situation was handled. Zaxby’s needs to do better.

I ordered food through the drive thru, and the young lady taking my order decided to mock the way I was talking. Management needs to get a handle of that. You will lose a lot of business when you hire ignorant people.

My bestie and friends love this place!! We had to stop because there isn’t one in DC. I had fries as I’m a pescatarian and they were seasoned well. The rest of the group went on and on about the chicken fingers!

Walked in the restaurant and there was trash overflowing in the trash bin with dirty trays piled up. Waited 10 minutes with 5 other customers at the front register before the first person had their order taken. There were 4 employees up front, maybe 3 in the kitchen, orders were piling up on the kitchen window counter and only one person was doing anything. Thanks for the business I walked out without placing an order!

We sat at the ONLY almost clean table in the place. A group of young men came in after us and insisted that a table be cleaned and floor swept before they would sit. No straws, no napkins and very few choices on drinks. Glad this wasn't my first experiences for Zaxbys...my favorite fast food stop. If it were, it would also be my last.

Almost every single time I go to this location my food is wrong or they forget something. This time it was wrong, they left something out, and it was cold. The only reason I am giving 2 stars was for the friendly employees trying to do their job with no staff. Corporate you need to do better by your staff. Give them trainings. Give them incentives. The ones that are left are burnt out and can’t be expected to do everything right all the time. If a location is short staff move someone from another location, or go in there yourself.
Supposed to be open til 10 pm but drive thru says closed a little after 9:30 pm. Teach yalls employees to abide by the hours posted online and not close early.

Who are they letting behind the mic at the drive thru? We had to repeat ourselves multiple times yelling at the mic and the employee kept repeating HUH and WHAT.
Get someone to work the drive thru who can actually hear properly ?

Restaurant was completely empty, which is unusual for this restaurant. Fries were not seasoned and they were cold. Wings were ridiculously small. Cheesecake bites were not like the other stores.
