10/10 BEST COFFEE EVER!! I live in Shelby, NC.... and I would much rather drive all the way to this location (35 mins) to get my coffees because it is made 100% right every time I order! Shelby location messes it up almost every time I go. I always ask for my sugar melted and it’s always on point with the lincolnton store! Shelby never melts my sugar unless two certain girls Harley and Nikki are there! And the flavor is never the same even though I get the exact same order each...read full review
My go to coffee spot with my bestie at least once, sometimes twice a week! Some mornings are busier than others but they always manage to keep it professional and courteous towards customers. We were heading back home from our honeymoon and running on a 12 hr drive and didn’t realize the store just closed and Joey was nice enough to give us 2 DOZEN donuts! Joey has great customer service and we will definitely be stopping back at that location! -Ashlynn & Ethan

Dunkin' is a popular spot for coffee and donuts, with some customers visiting regularly for their favorite drinks, such as the Iced Caramel Latte. While some experiences have been hit-or-miss, the staff has been known to handle issues well and show care for their customers. However, there have been some mistakes with orders, including incorrect donut types and coffee flavors. Despite this, the service is usually quick, and the staff tries to rectify any problems. Overall, Dunkin' is a convenient option for those seeking a quick coffee fix, but consistency can be an issue.
