I frequent KFC about 3-4 times a month as my son loves fried chicken. I placed an order for pickup in 20 mins.This night it was extremely busy and we wernt able to wait longer for the food. I contacted the store and was gave a refund and to replace my food. Great customer service that was beyond what was expected.

Been a while since I had been to KFC. Chicken tenders have been downsized greatly and lots of breading added to make them look big. And of course, the price was significantly higher. Won't be going back any time soon.

I'd love to give them a better review. The food is good.. when I can get any. I can understand not wanting to have too much food left overnight... but if you are open until 10, you should be able to serve customers until 10. If you don't want customers past 9, close at 9. Over the past few months, I have not been able to order a single time past 9pm due to them being out of something vital... like original recipe chicken.. the #1 most important thing on their menu and...
