“I have worked and dined at this place for years. Never in my life have I met a more wonderful and friendly crew as I have here. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart and if you can only eat one place for the rest of your life, choose the this subway, a place you can call home!

“So I tried to find a survey or something but can’t.
I went a few days ago and was behind a lady in a motorized Walmart cart. This lady was rude and just overall unpleasant. The two young men at the counter (I believe Conner and Skyler? I got their names but lost my note) handled all her problems with the most patience I have seen in a while. The lady complained that the lettuce looked “too brown” (it was fine) and had them grab a new bag out just to appease her.
These two young workers did fantastic, even while she was being difficult the other took and finished my order.
I talked to the manager but unfortunately did not get her name. I wanted to make sure she knew they did well when handling this lady.
People are so quick to leave nasty or negative reviews when things don’t go their way, it takes nothing to leave something positive.

“BEST Subway, by FAR, in Lincolnton !!We have frequented This particular Subway for 20 years and have ALWAYS found it far superior to the other two Subways in town.( we HAVE tried the other two Subways periodically, over the years, as management and service tends to change :) )THIS restaurant always prepares and "rolls" their sandwiches as they are meant to be. They always pay attention to detail/instructions, even when receiving orders from their app or website.Whenever ordering from a delivery service, the orders come from another Subway, 0.8 miles away. THEIR sandwiches are always Very sloppy, sometimes to the point that their Subway wrapper doesn't even cover the sandwich.
