Just moved to this state & we grabbed a to-go order on 12/3 only to have been given wrong sandwiches after we got back to our new place. Turkey & Swiss had no lettuce was supposed to have mayo and no ranch - it had a glob of ranch and was not edible at all. Roast Beef sandwich was ordered as a double and we got a single , this was a meal and we ordered 3 RB doubles! Guess we should've gone elsewhere, especially if this is the norm. Pulled up and I was the only person in drive threw, the parking lot had maybe 1 customer inside I got a number 6 Burger, NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO ONIONS, I wanted just cheese ketchup and mustard or whatever the burger sauce is, I waited in the drive thru for 15 min got given an extra curly fries for my wait while 3 ppl looked at the monitor and watched one or two ppl in the kitchen work, finally got my food handed to me and left. I get home to open the burger and it's loaded with lettuce tomatoes and onions called up there to ask if the 3 stooges that watched the order monitor and the meals get packaged can read and the manager (probably stooge 1) ask what I ordered when all I asked is if they can read because I don't have to repeat my order for you to find it in the system when if none of the ppl can read the screen placing orders is useless just give em what you feel like making is what I feel like I'm getting won't be back at Arby's again and it's relatively new how are y'all messing up single orders when y'all an empty store guess that also explains why they are empty and took 15 minutes to cook and give the wrong order.

Dmitry was very was nice, helpful, and very friendly. I want to go back just for him. Food was good either way but fries were a little unflavored, but clean inside. The drive thru was very slow at 8:50pm.

I always go through the drive thru but the people working there are really nice. Just the other day I was there and had to wait a little longer so they gave me free curly fries đ đ
the drive thru is a complete mess, there is a trash can blocking one of the lanes (not the best of obstructions haha) and the other lane we always wait 5+ minutes at the speaker, the last 2 times we just drove off. the drive thru at this restaurant is a mess and the inside isnât any better, i hear the people get yelled at for simply ânot wanting breadâ.. God bless America

Melanie, the general manager, was so rude when taking mine & my momâs order. I asked to change the bread on a sandwich & she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. I asked for a double instead of the classic & she rolled her eyes & said âI have to start overâ. Maybe if she would have let me finish ordering before pressing any buttons, she wouldnt have to start over. Absolutely gross behavior from a manager.
