I’m not one to complain, but we just placed an order in the drive thru. We were the only car and still had to wait on our food. We thought we were going to be handed fresh food, but when we got to a stopping place (Ace Hardware), we realized how bad it was. My fries were stale and nothing but tiny pieces. My husband ordered a number 1 double roast beef sandwich and got a very sloppy beef and cheddar sandwich instead. He gave it a try and said it was awful. Also no carbonated drinks available at this visit.

I really wanted to leave a good review. They took my order in drive thru then had me pull up and forgot about me for about 15 minutes. Pulled back around and got my food but they forgot my au jus. So disappointed.

I went to the drive thru. I ask for ketchup and Arby's sauce. They were OUT of Arby's sauce, forgot my ketchup and my food was cold.

This Arby's really handed me food with MOLD on it. Absolutely foul, if the staff cannot see mold that obvious, I’m scared to know what the kitchen looks like, honestly the health inspector needs to pull up TODAY. I’m not trying to get sick from some crusty Arby’s meal. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you like your food aged, expired, and growing its own personality.

I placed an order in the Arby's app. When I got to the restaurant they had a sign taped to the drive thru speaker stated that they would be closed Saturday and Sunday for training. So now not only did they take my money already but I wasted my time driving to this location. Why would they not have the ability to shut off orders within the app on these days?

They close at 10pm but can’t place an online order at 9pm. High prices for little food. Never know if the roast beef sandwich will be thick or empty.

Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through at the Arby’s in Locust, NC, with no explanation for the delay. When I finally got to the window, the employees were noticeably snarky and unprofessional — rolling their eyes, speaking with attitude, and acting like doing their job was a burden. When I got home, I discovered my order was completely wrong — missing items and not even close to what I asked for. I called the store to try and resolve the issue, but the person who answered was just as rude and dismissive, offering no help or apology.

Between the long wait, incorrect order, and unprofessional staff, this was a total waste of time and money. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
