Managers aren't any good. Rude and act like your bothering them when you ask for anything.. I ask for fresh food all thr time. Tell them I don't mind waiting.. they assure its fresh and when I get it it always isn't.

They forgot my change i had to drive back 2 miles in the opposite direction and then they make me wait for 15 mins before my shift at wendy’s i will not be returning to this bojangles, not to mention the ai ordering sucks and they will forget ur sauce 75% of the time and if you will come here, make sure you get yo change luh twin‼️

We ordered on the app. It takes a while till they received our order. Then it was rushed, chicken was greasy, the box was soaked. Also we received no sause with our order. We may decide not to use the app. Hast makes waste!

12:00 Lunch - Ordered the 8 Piece Tailgate, Large Spicy fries and a large gravy. $35+_
Fries cold and hard as nails (They are thinner than they used to be). Biscuits hard as a brick and cold. Dirty rice at room temperature and bone dry. Chicken slightly warm with rock hard skins. Gravy was good.
We live 5 minutes from the store so No travel time is not an issue.
For $35 I can get 5 $7 meal deals at Arby's and feed a lot more people.

The fact that a 11 dollar combo doesn't come with a drink is insane to me. Especially because they used to come with them.
Picked up dinner tonight in the drive thru. The fries were not seasoned and looked/tasted like they were old. I drove back around and asked for fresh fries. They took the old fries and said they would make fresh fries. The "fresh" fries they gave me the 2nd time looked like they just dropped the old fries back into the fryer to make them look new. I can't confirm that, but they were just as bad as the ones I returned. With 2 screaming kids, I decided to go home and just call the manager. The manager stated that the second order of fries were in fact fresh and offered no remediation. The Locust bojangles was the only bojangles around that was worth eating at. Now it sadly seems that may not be true anymore 😢
