Went in for lunch and saw a couple sitting at a table with their dog. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants per North Carolina law unless they are a service dog. This was not a service dog. Turned around and left.

Used to be great. I dont particularly care about the AI drive-thru, but I'll go through, mention I have a mobile order and it tells me to go to the window. I get there and its like they had no idea about my order until I get there, and most of the time its wrong. I dont do special substitutions or anything either. Yet somehow every time I go either the ordered size of an item is wrong or the item is wrong altogether (Bo Rounds vs Fries, for example). I almost always have to ask for a straw because they never seem to give one with a drink in the drive-thru, no napkins in the bag, no fork/spork for side items that should come with one, etc.
Getting so tired of looping back through the drive-thru or having to go inside any time I order because something is wrong.

I ordered a 2 thigh one leg chicken dinner. What I got was 3 bones with very little chicken on the bones deep fried. Watery mashed potatoes. Knew I should have gone to Zaxbys.

We brought our church youth group (24 people) to this Bojangles location, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The staff was incredibly kind, organized, and efficient in serving our large group. Even with a full dining area, they made sure we had everything we needed and handled our order with impressive speed and accuracy. Every meal came out hot, fresh, and just the way we asked. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we’re so thankful for the warm hospitality. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere for our youth group outing on the way to Carowinds!!
Two times in one week, we missed our complete order. Both times for my grandson. Very disappointing. Not to mention the cost of not getting food. Please improve on service.
