Don't go there for supper between 5 and 7. They never have enough chicken or sides. They never get the order right. I see plenty of help inside but nothing is coming out correctly. Tonight was the fourth time in a row I ordered the 8 piece family meal and they messed it up after sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Owners need to get this place back on track.

Should be called bunjangles. Because they dont have any biscuits at 9am. Placed a mobile order and was unable to get a refund or the order that was placed.

Biscuits hard as a rock. Chicken crispy burned. This is actually an everyday thing. I seriously have to ask for fresh biscuits everytime or you get rocks. No time for this bull. Next bojangles is simply at 51 and 24/27. Much better.

This place really needs to just close. 15 minute wait for food that is substandard. I love Bojangles, but this place needs a reboot!

I got the 12 supreme family box with fries and dirty rice and an extra order of Mac and cheese and 2 extra sauces. Half of the chicken was hard and cold the other half was good the dirty rice was cold old and hard as a brick inedible for humans to consume. No sauces at all after paying extra for sauce. Also had to wait 8-10 minutes at the drive thru window even though I was the only car in line. Horrible experience. Do not go to the Locust NC bojangles. It’s terrible every time this is the third time I’ve been this year and something was messed up with my order or the food was just bad.

Food and service was terrible. The AI drive through mis understood us and tried to provide my daughter with buffalo dipping sauce when we asked for honey mustard. I get to the window, explain to the gentleman at the counter and he just stares at us like he doesn’t know what is going on. He asks someone what to do and they tell him to open the box and switch the sauces out. He still looks confused. Then we receive our food and drinks. Never tells me the total. Never provides a receipt. No napkins. No straws. No silverware. Shits the window and walks away. We flag him down. Finally get some of the items. We then go to eat the food and the chicken fingers were not done and cold. Biscuit was so hard you couldn’t bite it. Honestly a huge waste of money. Do not got to bojangles in locust, nc

Went to pick up family meal today and both the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were less than half full. Called to notify the restaurant but the response was just sorry.

Went in for lunch and saw a couple sitting at a table with their dog. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants per North Carolina law unless they are a service dog. This was not a service dog. Turned around and left.

Used to be great. I dont particularly care about the AI drive-thru, but I'll go through, mention I have a mobile order and it tells me to go to the window. I get there and its like they had no idea about my order until I get there, and most of the time its wrong. I dont do special substitutions or anything either. Yet somehow every time I go either the ordered size of an item is wrong or the item is wrong altogether (Bo Rounds vs Fries, for example). I almost always have to ask for a straw because they never seem to give one with a drink in the drive-thru, no napkins in the bag, no fork/spork for side items that should come with one, etc.

Getting so tired of looping back through the drive-thru or having to go inside any time I order because something is wrong.

We tried to make it work but the last two time we came there our gravy biscuits was runny and the biscuits were under cook we will not be eating at any Bojangles again
