We were out there on Friday, April 11th. The restaurant was very clean. I was very impressed. The food was wonderful and tasted so fresh with the charco-grilled beef. We will definitely be visiting that location again. Employees were kind and definitely there to please you with the great service..

Drive thru is always super slow! Always get a bag of ice and have for months, depending who they have working that day decides if they sell bags of ice. To lazy to bag it

Wanted breakfast from BK specifically this morning. Should have just gone somewhere else. Egg and cheese croissants? Repeated back. Egg and cheese. Still got no cheese for us on all 4. Not to mention a nice old egg that’s flat as a sheet of paper. Never again.

Just go to McDonald's across the highway. You'll get your food much faster and it will probably be correct.
Fries basically had so much salt on them it felt like sand. Naturally my sweet tea was unsweetened, and asking for no pickles actually means I wanted pickles. Out of all the burger kings I've ordered from, this one is by far the worst.

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes if you want Burger King at this restaurant. Why can’t they get faster times?

I think this BK aims to set the world record for the slowest fast food place in North Carolina.
When you get to the menu board you will usually hear someone say “Welcome to Burger King where you rule! We’ll be with you shortly.”
Around 7 years later - just as you begin to believe you’ve been forgotten - someone will finally take your order.
But don’t get too excited because that only signals the beginning of this journey.
If there are cars in front of you, expect to wait about 20-30 minutes per car. If you’re the only one there, expect to wait about 20-30 minutes too. Consistency is key here and they are consistently slow.
I seriously think paint dries faster.
Glaciers melt faster than this place can make a Whopper.
A sloth can run the NYC marathon twice before this place gets your order to you.
When you get up to the window someone will read you the wrong ticket and then look confused when you tell them it’s not your order.
Then, after shutting the window you’ll see them hold a BK huddle with other employees, then go through tickets until they find your order. Maybe.
Then you can cue that Jeopardy music because it’s time to wait again!
Sometimes you get a straw with your drink. Sometimes you get 3 straws with your drink.
Sometimes you don’t even get a drink.
Regular orders are usually on point BUT if you order more than like 2 items, make sure to check the bag BEFORE driving off because there are already like 5 cars behind you that are on this quest, and if you have to go back you’ll have to start alllllllll over again.

This burger king is just like most other chain places. It was very clean. The service was friendly. In chain stores, I'm focused more on cleanliness and friendly service than quality food.

Veryyyyy slow service. Food usually prepared nicer than Wendy’s and they don’t charge for sauce. Currently. Shout out to Tyler who is very polite. Hopefully they can acquire some corporate standardization for this location. Didn’t need another burger place in this small town to begin with.

An employee who I assume was off the clock, looking like she got out of bed, went behind the counter near the ice cream station making I guess a few mochas. She was not wearing gloves and treated the place is if it’s her own kitchen. No managers did anything about it. Peace in mind if that’s how this restaurant accepts this type of behavior, there should be rules for this. If I’m going to be purchasing my food here, as a customer, it makes me wonder, is my food going to be fresh.
I'm the only customer on the premises, should've taken the hint from that fact alone. Sat at the order board in a big work truck for five minutes without being acknowledged. Drove up to the window, woman inside turns around surprised like I caught her up to something and waves me back to the order board instead of just opening the window and taking my order. What a dumpy way to run a business. That was third strike, never going back.
Actually a good warm sandwich
