I will gladly go out of my way to visit the Mint Hill location. This location constantly forgets items from your order. They pull every car up. There is no sense of urgency.

Had a scheduled order for 1215 today. Show up at 1215 and I get pulled forward to a parking spot. Waited 10 minutes before my food was brought outside. They couldnt find my car for some reason. It took 3 attempts to get to my car even though I parked where I was asked to park. Look at my order and im missing a lg order of half fry/half onion rings. I walk inside get no apology and the guy who got what I was missing didn't seem to really care. Get home and surprise the burgers had been sitting on the grill for a while before being served. Burger was so dry. This location sucks and I will being going to the mint hill location any time I want burger king.

The young man at the counter today between 12:30 and 1 was efficient, courteous and was working very hard. The back staff were working fast and hard as well, and were very pleasant to us while we waited briefly for our orders. I don't eat fast food often, but had to have a Whopper today! The employees there deserved a shoutout for a great experience! Thank you!
I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the two gentlemen who just helped me, but their customer service was top-tier! Food was hot and delicious!

I just went there a little while ago today and waited over 20 minutes to get cold food that mostly got threw away and the lady that came to the window was rude and shut the door on me as I was talking and then she looked directly at me and opened up my burgers with her bare hands and was handling my food after she just put her phone down that she was on prior to grabbing my food. Two cars also drove away cause they got tired of the long wait. Very unhappy and will not go back to this Burger King.
