Pumpkin pie gelati advertised but didn't have it anymore. Tried to get something else but ice cream machine broken. (Pulling the McDonald's trick eh?). I've had problems here before. I'm done with this branch. Went to Mint Hill. They had Pumpkin Pie and customer service was much better. More friendly.

Jeremiahs LOCUST N.C. is phaname. Staffs Extra kind and friendly. The entire establishment ( inside and out) is super clean if extremely busy. They are very involved in our community. They also have an awesome inflatable. ( Weather permitting).So glad they joined the fast growing ? West Stanley

We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. Hands down the best chocolate soft serve out there. I signed u for the rewards app and had been accumulating points all summer long. This past week my husband and I bought a small cup of ice cream and I had the employee scan the rewards app like normal. I knew I did not want to use the free medium I had earned and just wanted to save it for next time. Well the young girl mistakenly used my points so it depleted them from my app (and said I had been gifted my free medium loyalty treat). I showed the employee what happened and asked if there was anyway she could fix this or have a manager fix this. She said she didn’t push anything and wasn’t sure why it said that but that she was sorry. She suggested I showed them my account the next time I came in and to tell them I never actually received the free medium.. so I’m hoping they will believe me. The girl was very sweet and young so I couldn’t be mad at her we all make mistakes. I absolutely love this place and we frequent here often so I was just disappointed to lose a free medium when also paying for the small I had ordered. We will definitely be back the employees are all very kind and this is still our fav place.

They shouldn't be giving coupons for ANY FREE ITEM, but then when you pay there's an added charge for a layered treat. I looked at this coupon up and down, front to back and even the fine print and no where on the coupon did it say anything about "exclusions". The girl who took our order said "yeah, people get mad all the time about that". It's false advertising and that's why we don't frequent Jeremiah's ?.
