I ordered a giant turkey + bacon with light oil and vinegar (25$) The sandwich looked to assemble by a small child and then throw across a room. A special needs person could have done better. I would have been embarrassed and ashamed to have handed this sub to a customer. I would recommend avoiding this location by all means. I

I’m 42yrs old and just had my first ever Jersey Mike’s sandwich. We had the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak with Mike’s Hot Honey.
It was SO SO SO good! Made fresh as you wait!
The staff at this location was super friendly, very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Go give them a try!!

On Saturday I went to this establishment to get a sandwich with friends. The woman behind the counter wasn’t pleasant. When making my sandwich she asked all the basic questions but when it came to the oil and vinegar purposely added more than enough. I AM NOT the type of person to ask for redos so I took the sandwich home with it soaking wet and dripping from the bag.

My friends went into the establishment the following Monday and the same girls behind the counter said “how was your sandwich the other night, we CLOWNED YOU”. The girls started laughing as it was some type of joke? I’m not entirely sure what I did to deserve such awful service.

I’m writing this review because I truly hope management or the owners know that their workers are picking random people to bully at this establishment.

Ordered takeout for the family. $37 gets you 3 subs and 2 chips apparently. The real kicker is that this location doesn't read online orders with any care. You'd think a printed receipt of the online order would be easy to follow. First go round, we were missing an entire sub. Next go round, after driving back to the store (for the 2nd time mind you for $37)...found out the sub that was supposed to be light oil was soaked to the point of the bread dripping.
I would not recommend this, or any other Jersey Mike's location considering they've been bought out by Blackrock. Hope the expansion of more locations is worth a complete sacrifice in quality. I'm sure Peter Cancro and every other tinyhat sleeps well knowing the consumer is fronting the bill for worse service and food.

Went in tonight and ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a supreme club in a bowl. I guess the first red flag should have been when the girl doing the toppings asked if we wanted lettuce in the bowl....? They then forgot to put the bacon in that bowl. Which wasn't caught until the cashier noticed it. Instead of getting the people who were working on the toppings side to put the bacon on, they put one glove on and added the bacon. No washing of hands or getting the people who should have sanitary gloves on to add the bacon. We then ended up waiting 10 mins on the hot chicken bacon ranch sub. Grill cook was not wearing anything to keep their hair out of the food, btw. When we got home, we realized that it was just overcooked chicken on bread. No ranch, bacon, or any of the toppings that I asked for. The lady taking our order wrote it all down. It just seems like the people who actually made our order dropped the ball. Paying over $25 for a regular sized sub and a bowl seems even more outrageous when you don't even get what you're asking for. Heck, we didn't even get what they advertise in the sub. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When we ordered I ordered my Philly over cooked and was just barely cooked. My husband who is vegan ordered a portobello mushroom sandwich with no cheese and red pepper relish. First time came back loaded with cheese and second time with no relish and was so runny. Lesson learned is to not go for dinner.

We have a Jersey Mike's location 10 minutes from us, but we drive an extra 20 minutes to Locust because of the friendly staff and the always clean dining area.

Horrible experience. Ordered through DoorDash app and order was supposed to be ready in 35 minutes. Showed up to pick up over an hour later and still wasn’t ready. Supposedly gave my sub to someone else. Two times. Then tried to argue and say they never received the ticket. Would not refund me my money. Just do yourself a favor and do not go here.

I met one of this location's co-owners. Great guy.
I need to get out of the Subway frame of mind and just let these guys do their job, which are the subs they list on the wall, whose ingredients are preselected with forethought. That's when I'll more fully appreciate Jersey Mike's. Until then, the one thing I am certain of is that unlike other sub shops, Jersey Mike's always has fresh-tasting ingredients. Very fresh indeed. No more stale bread like Subway seems to usually have these days all over the country (from my personal experience).
I will be heading back to this Locust, NC Jersey Mike's more often during my time wintering in North Carolina.

Always clean here and the customer care is very friendly. They are very neat and carful with how they make your food. If you ever have any requests or anything, they are always polite about it and accommodate it. Always enjoy coming here because I know that they are happy to see everyone!
