Yesterday evening at 6:18 p.m. my wife and I ordered food from the Locust KFC drive thru. When K asked if we were ready to order we asked for time to decide what we wanted but K never responded. Instead she was inattentive and never directly and my questions about what I was ordering. It felt like she was rushing us, when there was no one else behind us. After ordering we drove around to the window to pay and was met with no smile. K was not friendly or pleasant. To whoever is in charge there, please retrain K on the importance of good customer service and professionalism and how to treat the customers that spend their money to purchase food. Also we got a large cole slaw but the container wasn't full. I hose the concerns get addressed in a timely manner because I will not patronize a business that lacks courtesy and professionalism.

Every time I go to this location, the employees are rude and the drive thru time to place your order is 10-15 minutes after you reach the speaker. I was told that they were working on a 30 piece order and I was welcomed to go somewhere else. After getting to the window to pick up my order, I was told they only have 9 employees. This is not my problem!

To the district managers if their drive thru scores ever seem okay, understand they are pulling up every single customer no matter if there are others in the line or not. In other words, cheating their time
2 times I tried to go here this week and they didnt have what I ordered
Tried to pull me around building to wait for a 2pc while literally no other customers inside or out.
This place doesn’t care about the customers I was going to get the free bucket of chicken with a 15 dollar order drove 25 minutes and got there to order online and there internet has been down for days and was told that when I was there so I asked can you just ring it up and give me the free chicken and was told no just drive to concord that’s not good service

This store needs to be closed down. Went through the drive thru and bought a 12 piece meal and was told that the chicken would be ready in ten minutes. We waited for twenty minutes and went in to find out what was going on. Man from corporate said ooh it's about to come up. By that time we just wanted a refund and Between the the two receipts the time difference was twenty two minutes. There was a woman who came in while I was trying to get a refund and she was going to order food and he told her to leave. I can't believe he said that to her.Still waiting on the refund to come through on my debit card. We won't ever go back to this location.
