This store needs to be closed down. Went through the drive thru and bought a 12 piece meal and was told that the chicken would be ready in ten minutes. We waited for twenty minutes and went in to find out what was going on. Man from corporate said ooh it's about to come up. By that time we just wanted a refund and Between the the two receipts the time difference was twenty two minutes. There was a woman who came in while I was trying to get a refund and she was going to order food and he told her to leave. I can't believe he said that to her.Still waiting on the refund to come through on my debit card. We won't ever go back to this location.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo and they gave me a bag with 8 nuggets. That is all they gave me, except for 2 sporks? No fries or drinks either

I ordered a online purchase from their app and it only gave me a choice to choose three breast and two wings or three thighs and two drums and my little sister only eats drums and I only eat breast So I called KFC and asked him when I placed the order if they could switch out the two wings for two drums and they told me they didn’t understood why it wouldn’t let me do it on the app, but they happily switched the wings for the drums. KFC is definitely the place to go to spend your Money and is worth the price you’re paying. 🐔

GREAT EXPERIENCE! This KFC in Locust has renewed my faith in this company. The food was ok. They could have filled the potato wedges box up a bit more since I paid for a large. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!! Chris M or Chris G... I recall his name was Chris, and he should teach a class on customer service. Please stop by the KFC in Locust and give him a shout-out. He has been taught well, and during the Teacher Appreciation/Mother's Day season, I was so thankful for him. He was thoughtful and helpful and taught me something new. All of this very quickly in the drive-thru.

What a dreadful restaurant...sad really. We were unable to eat because there were no employees at the counter when we walked in. All the employees were in the back and didn't even come out to see us when we yelled "hello!" I don't know anyone in the area that has ever eaten here. There are never cars in the parking lot. Eat at your own risk!

Me and my fiancee just came through the drive through. The lady and the window did not get our order right at the beginning so when we got to the window we just asked her to confirm what all she had for our order. She caught an attitude immediately and started clapping her hands in my fiancées face and rolling her eyes. Despite that treatment we ignored it. After pulling out the drive through we realized they forgot the side slaw so my fiancee went back in and everyone stood in the back and ignored him. He said hello multiple times and even the door makes a ding sound when you enter. We ended up leaving because they ignored him. We tried to call but no one would even answer phone. I’m very upset because we come here a lot and have never had any issues and I have never been treated so poorly.
