Everytime I go to place an order they never have the chicken ready. Today for original was a 13 minute wait so I asked for Crispy and she said 25 minute wait. Chicken is your specialty why is it so hard to have it ready. Especially at 5pm in the afternoon. Horrible way to run a restaurant.

Definitely the worst place to purchase food from.. Dishonest!!! Ask for Chicken straight out the grease once got home look/taste it sat underneath the heat lamp for hours after told by the manager it was taken out 2mins ago... I've really been giving this place numerous of chances but always a disappointment.. Never Again!!!!!

Was not satisfied today ask for fries instead of wedges and that seemed like it was a burden to them. They told me to pull to the side and wait a few minutes on the fries which I did and after 7 minutes had to go in after them myself and they hadn't even dropped the freeze yet. Manager was quick to upgrade to a large fry but still...

Beware locust KFC will upgrade your combo with a 1.99 up charge without permission. Wasn’t worth the hassle to go back. Never again. KFC lost my business today.

I had quit going to KFC in Locust because the food just isn't as good as it used to be and Bojangles is just across the street, but I had a coupon I thought I'd use and gave them another chance. I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and a large water and told her I had the coupon. I gave it to her and she said their restaurant didn't participate, so I paid full price for those and $2.89 for water. She didn't bother telling me the price at the drive through, till she handed the water to me. I told her she should have told me. I argued with her, but she could care less. Found out after I left the parking lot, that I got regular chicken, not spicy, it was barely warm and I didn't have time to go back. I definitely don't recommend this KFC, but I would recommend someone do better training them. Wadesboro, NC does an excellent job!

Yesterday evening at 6:18 p.m. my wife and I ordered food from the Locust KFC drive thru. When K asked if we were ready to order we asked for time to decide what we wanted but K never responded. Instead she was inattentive and never directly and my questions about what I was ordering. It felt like she was rushing us, when there was no one else behind us. After ordering we drove around to the window to pay and was met with no smile. K was not friendly or pleasant. To whoever is in charge there, please retrain K on the importance of good customer service and professionalism and how to treat the customers that spend their money to purchase food. Also we got a large cole slaw but the container wasn't full. I hose the concerns get addressed in a timely manner because I will not patronize a business that lacks courtesy and professionalism.

Every time I go to this location, the employees are rude and the drive thru time to place your order is 10-15 minutes after you reach the speaker. I was told that they were working on a 30 piece order and I was welcomed to go somewhere else. After getting to the window to pick up my order, I was told they only have 9 employees. This is not my problem!
