Realized I forgot my receipt as I was driving away but let the Barista (Omar) know that I would park and come in to get it....surprised to see him running out the front door to deliver it to my car. Now that is fantastic customer service!!! Omar was very courteous at the window and of course my drink is always on point at this location. Thanks again!!!

Several times I have been handed a coffee not even close to full in the morning. I normally hand it back but didn’t have time today. The afternoon crew seems to get it right! But had problems in the morning getting a full cup of coffee. This is a tall in a grande cup.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! ❤️ They employees know my order just as all of the students in my classroom do, from memory. They greet as you walk through the door and are ALWAYS friendly! I want my next career to be a Starbucks owner! Starbucks should see how much publicity that I give them through my teaching and my classroom. I pretty much have an entire curriculum created connecting Starbucks to each subject. ❤️I LOVE the baristas in Locust, NC.

This is the third time in a couple months that this particular Starbucks had a “late start” and nobody was there when I came through to pick up my order. This time I got ten minutes down the road for my mobile app to alert me that my order was in progress. I turned around since I had already spent $12 and the only way to get a refund is through their customer service number which does not even open until after 8 am. I pull up and they tell me they still don’t have anything ready. Why did you have my order “in progress” if you’re just going to tell me you don’t have anything available when I pull up several minutes later? So disappointed: I’ve been a regular customer since this location had opened but this will be my last visit because I’m tired of having my time wasted.
Edit- I also wanted to add that while this location has ONE friendly person who works here and is consistent in her attitude and customer service (and the reason I’ve continued to come back), the majority of people I’ve encountered are pretty awful. Rude, bad attitudes- maybe check that the people you are hiring are actually interested in being in the service industry.

Maybe the afternoons aren’t as bad, but constant disappointment from the mornings spent here. If they’re not open during their posted hours, they’ll probably miss something or mess up your order completely. Then be prepared to wait for every other customer that ordered after you, to get their order made before yours is corrected (even if it’s cold brew you just pour in a cup). Usually at least one of the staff involved in this process will seem more annoyed than yourself, like you’re the one wasting their time.

Gave it another try after filing my last complaint, and apparently, no action was taken to remedy the situation. This time, not only was the drink still made incorrectly, but they also did not fill up the cup.
Inconsistent service, and it doesn't seem like the baristas know how to make their own drinks. Ordered the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte, and there was no Lavender Cream cold foam. Not even a hint of the purple hue. Also ordered a chocolate cold brew, but received a watery vanilla cold brew instead. Seemed as if I received a drink that was sitting around.

Anytime of day you’re waiting 15-20 minutes on a cup of coffee. Could be 6:30 in the morning or 9:00am. They slow painfully slow. Do not come here in any sort of time frame

I come here to study a lot and the environment is great. The girls that work there are super nice. Although I’ve had my order wrong several times, I come here a lot and have had more good encounters than bad. I will say the times I’ve gotten my order wrong they’ve corrected it or have given my money back which is great. My only complaint would be that they never apologized or seemed sorry for getting it wrong, but again they offered solutions. I did stop coming for a while because of it but I’ve been back and it’s been good so far. Again when ordering in person the girls that work there are very nice.
