I go to this starbucks a few times a week. But the wait time in the drive thru the past few weeks has been horrible. Not sure if they hired new people but the wait time has been unacceptable

He mindful, the drive thru is wonderful, but if you go inside you will be met at the counter with a young girl who clearly hates her job, doesn’t smile and DONT ask her to do anything or she will sigh and not even speak to you. Worst experience ever.

I wish I could afford a cappuccino and glazed donut daily. Great coffee and service at the Starbucks stores I visit.
I don't drink coffee, and they don't know how to make a decent cup of tea. My wife enjoys drinks there. Not always coffee, some pink drink thing too. The egg, sausage, and cheese muffin is great, and the lemon cake has to be horrible for me because it's wonderful.

One of the BEST?????Starbucks I've been too! I've been to most in Charlotte but the vibes and energy in this store is wonderful! I've never had any issues with my order or drinks! Sweet staff! Rarely out if items and lines isn't too bad! Try them out! Great people ❤️ ❤️ They should know me by now since I order daily ?
