No name tags, very inconsiderate to customers. The music is so loud.That it's hard for employees to hear, customers orders to get them correct. An elderly lady, the order was wrong. They made her stand there waiting, while they are looking at her knowing that she needed their assistance, and they just ignored her. I had to stand up and say something to get them to make it right. I would tell you the names of the employees but they have no name tags on them. Who i assume is the manager blamed the customer for their mistake. She was visibly frustrated. On another visit, a plus size girl kept bumping our order and doing other orders first because she didn't want to do the big order. The manager, I'm assuming, told us that they always put big orders and doordash orders last. Causing me to get a bad review and costing me money because they took 30 extra minutes to make our dash order.

Excellent choice. I live in Mecklenburg county and I have eaten at many of the Taco Bells within the Mecklenburg county. But, I have never had hot black beans and a fresh crispy taco from most of them. But today at this location the beans were hot and the taco shell was fresh and crunchy. I had the five dollar lux box and everything was better than I expected.

Although I had a mishap with almost half of my order, which was for multiple people, the manager/asst manager/shift lead that is on shift tonight, Brittantly (? Not sure i spelled it right), took swift action to not only apologize but to rectify the problem. I could tell when picking up my order initially that everyone was working hard and it seemed as a unit. Thank you, Brittany, for being so kind and professional.
Omg! Best experiences I have ever had at taco bell. We had a large family online order. EVERYTHING was correct in the bag and the food tasted top notch, I almost forgot it was fast food. Friendly at the speaker and window. They just re-opened and are doing well! Manager on staff 6/17 around 11am... top notch! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We came through the drive thru, with hardly any wait. It did not take them long to prepare the food, which was nice and hot. The quesadilla was cut perfectly! The young lady at the window was very nice and pleasant. She smiled as she spoke. I think her name was Jamey. Thank you so much for your help tonight. You make a difference to everyone you serve food to, whether they act like it or not. Keep up the awesome work!
