Not respectful and horrible language in front of customers …
Ordered SWEET TEA! We check our food before we leave I guess we need to start checking drinks as well. I worked fast food as a teenager and it’s not a hard job. Frustrating to go through drive thru and then get home and have an unsweetened tea. You can’t add sugar after the fact and it’s not worth driving back after working an 11 hour day. Get it together people.
I paid for $56.00 worth of food but only received 3 combos and a nugget. When I drove back through the drive thru the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. I proceed to get the remaining burgers I was due, only to be charged $25.00 more dollars.. The manager was wrongly trying to charge me $81.00 for burgers.. When I tried numerous times to explain to her she was mistaken, she refused to accept the fact that she made a mistake.
