First place i searched for when we first moved to Louisburg. So glad I found it! I love everything about BlueCollie: the people, the coffee, the food, the feeling of being amongst neighbors and friends. Did I mention they have great coffee?
Forget Starbucks! Highly recommend stopping here and supporting this small, local business. The coffee was DELICIOUS but what my kids and I loved most is they truly are an “organization, where students and young adults with disabilities are provided opportunities to do meaningful work, and interface with our local community in a small business setting.” Now THAT is cool AND they did a better job than the average Joe!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an awesome hot Mexican mocha coffee here. Wonderful service and very quaint atmosphere! I needed a quiet place to get some Amin work done and enjoyed a nice coffee and muffin too!
