Went to firehouse today 5/22/25 around 1pm and was given the wrong order when i picked up. I called back, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They remade my food fresh, and it was very good. I will definitely be back. Customer service is top tier. Clean environment. This is how a restaurant should operate. Thanks to all the staff and management

UPDATE...DID THE VALENTINES SPECIAL.. IT WAS GREAT.The app sent me free medium birthday sub?... so I ordered on app then went with my beloved son.. all was correct & good... food & worker... thanks. It was great.

Ordered subs for our church to serve the staff of a local school. Excellent service at Firehouse subs! The manager, Mr Barry, was helpful, courteous, and patient with me as I placed the order. I was a little early for pick up and my order was complete and he helped me load my vehicle too. Thankful for the lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments placed in separate containers as well as napkins too. Food was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Mr Barry and the Firehouse subs team!!Marie and Orrum...
